Cross-Browser Testing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
✅ Real Device Cloud Infrastructure
BrowserStack operates with 3,500+ real desktop and mobile browser combinations across 30,000+ physical devices. The platform maintains real Android and iOS devices including iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, Xiaomi, Huawei, and Vivo models. The real device testing capability delivers more accurate results compared to emulator-based solutions.
✅ Browser Coverage and Version Management
The platform supports comprehensive browser testing across Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer, and Yandex browsers. Version coverage spans from legacy systems like Windows XP to current Windows 11, and from macOS Snow Leopard to Sonoma. Day-0 device availability ensures access to newly launched devices immediately upon market release.
✅ Development Environment Integration
Local and staging environment testing capabilities function seamlessly behind firewalls, proxies, and internal networks without configuration requirements. The platform integrates with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI for automated testing workflows. DevTools integration provides real-time debugging capabilities with element inspection and network request monitoring.
✅ Advanced Testing Features
Multi-device testing supports simultaneous execution across four real devices for accelerated cross-browser validation. Network profile simulation includes Edge, 2G, 3G, 4G, and custom bandwidth configurations for performance testing under various connectivity conditions. Payment workflow testing incorporates Google Pay and Apple Pay functionality for secure transaction validation.
✅ Security and Compliance Infrastructure
Factory reset protocols ensure pristine device states after each testing session. Physical SIM integration enables OTP-based authentication and password reset workflow testing. WCAG compliance testing includes screen reader compatibility, dark mode validation, and accessibility feature verification.
✅ Analytics and Reporting Capabilities
Test session analytics provide actionable insights into testing coverage, frequency metrics, and historical performance data. Integration capabilities with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Slack, and GitHub streamline bug reporting workflows. Screenshot annotation tools and detailed session recordings facilitate comprehensive issue documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform stability has been remarkably solid, with minimal service interruptions affecting our testing workflows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack fundamentally transformed how we approach cross-platform compatibility testing. Before implementing this solution, we struggled with maintaining an adequate physical device inventory that could cover the breadth of browsers and operating systems our users actually utilize.
The constant hardware upgrades, device maintenance, and storage requirements created both financial strain and logistical complexity that diverted resources from core development activities.
The transition to BrowserStack’s cloud infrastructure eliminated these operational headaches entirely. Now we access thousands of device configurations instantly, without worrying about hardware failures, software updates, or physical space constraints. This shift proved particularly valuable during remote work periods when physical device sharing became impractical.
Our quality assurance process became significantly more thorough and systematic. Previously, we’d test on whatever devices team members personally owned, which created obvious coverage gaps. BrowserStack enabled us to validate applications across comprehensive browser matrices, including legacy versions that remained important for specific user segments but were impractical to maintain physically.
The real-time debugging capabilities revolutionized our issue resolution approach. Instead of attempting to reproduce problems locally and hoping they manifested similarly, we can now debug directly on the actual devices and browser versions where issues occur. This direct access reduced the investigation time for platform-specific bugs dramatically and improved communication between development and QA teams.
Integration with our CI/CD pipeline created automated compatibility validation that catches regressions immediately. Every code commit triggers testing across our core supported platforms, ensuring we identify compatibility issues before they reach production environments. This proactive approach replaced our previous reactive bug-fixing methodology and significantly improved release confidence.
The cost optimization extended beyond obvious hardware savings. Team productivity increased substantially since testing resources became immediately accessible without setup delays. Geographic testing capabilities enabled us to validate location-specific features and performance characteristics without establishing multiple regional testing environments or coordinating with international team members.

Good to use if you do not have access to a large collection of mobile devices.
What do you like best about the product?
A broad selection of devices. It lets me test on devices that I do not have access to like Macbooks and iOS devices, and it lets met test on devices without having to use my personal devices like Samsung devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times. Because the sites I test are primarily in a foreign language, the translation pop-up at times get annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had issues with our products where defects were found on live primarily on mobile devices. We have been able to reduce these defects on live through the use of Browserstack by testing on mobile devices.
Best app and web automate solution I have used- browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a very useful tool with a simple interface. The user-friendliness of this system makes it easier for anyone to adapt to this application. The number of features offered by BrowserStack is unequal to any other application available. One of the most incredible features is the ability to test in different geo locations in Weblive. Applive enables users to test any version on different platforms. BrowserStack is very easy to integrate with other apps, and the ease of use is incompatible by any other tool.
The customer support received is very professional and supportive. This is totally worth the money as it allows unlimited minutes after purchase.

We didn't face any part that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to access multiple devices and versions
browerstack
What do you like best about the product?
Supports thousands of device-browser combinations, which is great for cross-platform testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users often mention lag during login, test execution, and when multiple devices are open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing across hundreds of devices and browsers is nearly impossible without a massive inventory. BrowserStack offers real devices in the cloud, so you don’t need to own them.
Insightful Webinar on AI-Powered Testing by BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
I recently attended the BrowserStack webinar on AI-powered testing, and it was both insightful and well-structured. The presenters did a great job of explaining how AI is being integrated into modern testing workflows, and how it can enhance both efficiency and coverage.

Incredibly functional and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of actual physical devices running the range of operating systems that I use for testing. They're fast and responsive, and you'd forget that it's an actual phone living in a warehouse somewhere distant.
The browser extension is incredibly useful as well to immediately pull up a site on one of your favorite devices to test as well.
We use it as part of our core workflow for A/B testing on sites so I'm in it nearly every day.
