BrowserStack simplifies testing by providing instant access to a wide range of browsers, operating systems, and real devices—without the hassle of managing in-house infrastructure. Its intuitive interface and seamless CI/CD integrations make it easy to incorporate into existing workflows. Supporting both automated and manual testing, the platform empowers QA teams with real device availability and fast environment setup, significantly reducing testing time and accelerating release cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or startups. Occasionally, there can be slight lags when testing on real devices, especially during peak hours. Some advanced debugging features could also be improved to make troubleshooting even faster.

Browser stack can improve in performance

  • August 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a tester, I can run simultaneous tests on multiple devices and browsers, reducing manual effort and speeding up releases. Testing is done on real devices and browsers, not just emulators, so results are highly reliable and any device-specific issues can be caught before release. BrowserStack provides access to 20,000+ device-browser combinations, including the newest versions, ensuring wide coverage for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is often considered expensive for individuals, small teams, or startups—especially as more parallel sessions or users are added. Test environments are mostly pre-configured, restricting deeper customization of device settings, OS configurations, hardware setups, or advanced network parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Websites and apps behave differently across browsers and devices. BrowserStack offers comprehensive access to thousands of combinations, solving the issue of fragmented user experiences and missed compatibility bugs
