Centralized Testing Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack is device independent. It's great because I can test features specifically for iOS or Android, or any specific version of an operating system, all from a single place. This makes it really simple and convenient for me. The initial setup was also pretty easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes too much time to load. One device or so, I think that's natural. If it can have something ready, that kind of thing can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need physical devices to test on multiple platforms. It's device independent, letting me test iOS or Android specific features in one place.
Impressive Range of Functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
diversity of functionalities, easy to use, many real devices
What do you dislike about the product?
for teams could be more collaborative for integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usage of real devices, automation in wcag auditory
Saves time on testing, but not always smooth
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is how easily I can test websites on different devices without actually having those devices. I mostly use the Live testing feature, and it really helps me quickly check how a site looks on different browsers and screen sizes in one go.
The UI is simple enough to get used to. Switching between devices is pretty quick, and once you start using it regularly, it becomes part of your normal testing flow without much effort.
In terms of integrations, it connects well with common testing tools, which is helpful if you’re working in a team or planning to move more into automation.
It has definitely made my workflow faster because I don’t have to depend on physical devices or set up different environments. I can just log in and start testing, which saves a lot of time during daily work.
That said, performance is something that could be better. I’ve faced delays while scrolling or interacting with the screen, and sometimes it doesn’t respond immediately, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to test smoothly.
Pricing-wise, I think it makes sense if you’re regularly doing cross-browser testing, because the device access itself is a big advantage. But the slow performance at times does make you question it a little.
Onboarding is not complicated—you can pretty much start using it without much help, and the documentation is there if needed.
I haven’t really used any AI-related features, but for me the main value is still the access to multiple devices and how much time it saves overall.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrowserStack is mainly the performance issues. There are times when the response is quite slow, especially during simple actions like scrolling or interacting with elements. It breaks the flow of testing and makes even basic checks take longer than they should.
Another issue I’ve faced is with screen behavior—sometimes while scrolling with the mouse, the screen unexpectedly rotates to horizontal view, and due to the lag, it takes time to bring it back to normal. It becomes a bit frustrating when you’re trying to test quickly.
I’ve also noticed occasional UI inconsistencies, where the website doesn’t render exactly the way it would on a real device. At times, elements like the search bar or input fields don’t work properly, which makes it hard to fully trust the results.
From a UI/UX perspective, while it’s easy to use overall, these small glitches and delays affect the experience. Considering the pricing, I feel the performance should be more stable. When you’re paying for a tool like this, you expect smoother execution.
I haven’t had much interaction with support, but when these issues happen, it does make you feel the need for quicker resolution or better stability.
Overall, it’s a very useful tool, but these issues can slow down testing and impact reliability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of not having access to multiple real devices and browsers for testing. Instead of maintaining physical devices or setting up different environments, I can test everything in one place.
For me, it mainly saves time. I can quickly check websites across different browsers and screen sizes without any setup, which makes daily testing much faster.
It also helps in catching UI issues early and is useful for quick validations when I need to see how a site behaves on different devices.

Effortless Cross-Device Testing with Real-Time Interaction
What do you like best about the product?
I love how BrowserStack allows me to test apps on different devices without needing multiple physical devices. The real-time interaction feature is great because it lets me test and debug without needing to be physically present with the devices. Manual testing works well with this feature. It's been really easy to use, and I found the setup straightforward after looking at the docs. I would definitely recommend it to others because it's such a helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing on multiple devices without physically having them, allowing real-time interaction to test and debug apps effectively.
Effortless Device Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack for its UI and the ease of access it provides. The reporting features are also pretty good. It's easy for our non-technical team members to use the UI, debug, and look at the results. We've found it easy to set up compared to other options, and their team has been helpful in setting it up for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at the moment, the pricing could have been a little bit cheaper than what we would like. So we have had to reduce our number of panels from five to two because the costing didn't align for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack gives me access to multiple real devices on the cloud, which I wouldn't have otherwise.
Quick Learning Curve, Diverse Device Access
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack's cloud-based option great for working efficiently with my team. Its quick and easy learning curve allows us to start working immediately without dealing with complex setup or infrastructure maintenance, which is really valuable. I appreciate the access to over 30,000 devices with the real device cloud app, and Percy is fantastic for functional testing. Overall, BrowserStack makes testing new stuff with my team a much smoother process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the translation. Maybe be more accurate on certain type of words or slang.

Fast Low-Code Automation for Multi-Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to test across multiple devices using the low-code automation features. This also enables our manual team to automate key flows and gain insights, helping us execute automation quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new enhanced UI is missing the Logs and API responses that were easy to access in the older versions. While the new UI looks good, it isn’t very user-friendly because I now have to navigate more and click so many buttons compared to the old UI version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits my manual testing team to automate using Browser Stack’s low-code automation feature. It helps us expedite our executions while reducing manual effort. around 50% Execution time Need to be Saved as helping to Save the Time of taking Snapshots for every Image. providing Video recordings as well
Effortless Real-Device Testing That Speeds Up Every Release.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about BrowserStack is its strong automation support and real-device testing.
Running automated tests in parallel really speeds up our regression cycles and fits smoothly into CI/CD workflows. It helps us move faster without compromising quality.
Real-device testing is another major advantage. Being able to validate real user scenarios—like gestures, uploads, and device-specific behavior—gives me much more confidence than relying on emulators.
Overall, these capabilities make testing faster, more reliable, and much closer to real user conditions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing major to dislike about BrowserStack. In some cases, sessions can feel a bit slow depending on the network or device load, but it isn’t a consistent issue.
Overall, it works reliably, and these are minor points that don’t impact day-to-day testing very much.
Overall, it works reliably, and these are minor points that don’t impact day-to-day testing very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing applications across different browsers and real devices without having to maintain a physical device lab.
Rather than managing multiple setups and environments, we can run our tests in one place. This saves time, reduces infrastructure overhead, and makes the overall testing process much more efficient.
It also helps us catch device-specific and browser-related issues early, which improves product quality and supports a more consistent user experience across platforms.

Seamless Cross-Device App Testing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly switching between devices to test apps. It allows me to replicate the devices my customers use and troubleshoot technical issues more conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances when it freezes and stops working. The only fix for it is to refresh the page and start from the top.
