User-Friendly but Needs Performance Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack easy to use and friendly, especially when it comes to the interface, which is very friendly. This makes it easier for developers to have a better experience. One of the biggest advantages is that it gives us access to mobile devices on the browser and supports different operating systems like Windows, Macs, and Androids. This helps our developers test faster and manage releases they do daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, one of the things that's generally that developers complain about is the new features. Sometimes the tab's a little slow, it freezes, and crashes. Page is not loading up properly. Those are some of the general complaints we see on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack helps with automated testing and debugging for websites and apps across multiple browsers like Chrome and Firefox, making it easier for developers to quickly test releases on various operating systems.
Real-Device Testing Made Easy for Compatibility Checks
What do you like best about the product?
Testing in real environment, with the possibility to use an old device to test compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing at start to use a local development environment. We finally used ngrok to redirect our local environment into distant browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test on multiple devices including some we didn't have
Effortless Mobile Testing Without Physical Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't need to have a physical device to test, which reduces friction when it comes to testing. The initial setup of BrowserStack was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
live sessions feel laggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack reduces friction in testing and eliminates the need for physical devices.
Great for Cross-Device Testing, but Limited Now and Lacking Tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
I gives an opportunity to investigate how the website, app works on different devices
What do you dislike about the product?
earlier it used to be free now its on limited, also not much tutorials shared
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user experience on different devices, mobile experience improving
Effortless Cross-Country Compatibility
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack incredibly useful for checking websites that are only visible to certain countries. The option to change the country within BrowserStack is something I really like, as it allows me to bypass location restrictions and view websites as needed. It's also very easy to access websites using BrowserStack. I appreciate the different types of browsers available, which makes it versatile. The initial setup was very easy, which added to the overall positive experience.

I use BrowserStack to easily view websites restricted to specific countries by changing the browsing location.
Comprehensive Device Testing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like using BrowserStack to test my websites and iOS apps because it helps me identify what needs to be fixed. I appreciate the variety of simulators available, which offers a wide range of testing options. Debugging with detailed error analytics is helpful, and I value the instant access to a vast array of mobile devices without needing physical hardware. These features bridge the gap between initial code development and the unpredictable reality of how an app performs in a user's hands. The initial setup of BrowserStack was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their UI needs to be improved because sometimes I can't find things easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined Automation Testing with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack incredibly user-friendly with its interface that allows easy access to devices and user permissions, as well as single-click reporting. It's great that I can manage costs and licenses with ease using the RBAC feature. The single-window reporting of automation is efficient and saves me from the hassle of installing multiple software. I also appreciate how smooth the self-learning curve is with BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can introduce self-heal approaches to make AI flavored software. Like automate the pipeline and analyze results. Then some agents run and fix those bugs and notify it is working to save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for complete automation, reducing device costs and ensuring compatibility without needing additional infrastructure. It allows easy device access, one-click reporting, and smooth self-learning. Role-based access control simplifies permission management, and single-window reporting eliminates the need for multiple software installations.
Eliminated Our Device Lab with Instant Access to Devices, Browsers and OSs
What do you like best about the product?
It completely killed our device lab. No more keeping old version of phone, browsers and OS to test and reproduce bugs. Also, we have access to more devices and operative systems that I can access in seconds.
The local testing is fantastic. Being able to securely tunnel my localhost directly to an device environment accelerates the development and catches many quirks early.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest annoyance is the latency. The input lag between clicking and the screen actually updating can be frustrating. It makes debugging fast UI animations painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack basically solves the absolute nightmare of device and browser fragmentation. Trying to ensure a web app works perfectly across every single iPhone, random Android, and obscure Windows browser version is incredibly tedious. It completely eliminates the need for us to buy and maintain a physical "device lab" at the office.
For me personally, the biggest benefit is how much faster I can debug. Thanks to their local testing tunnel, I can test my localhost code on a real, cloud-hosted device or browser before I even open a PR. I don’t have to push to staging just to reproduce a weird Safari-only bug.
