What do you like best about the product?
Loving how BrowserStack simplifies cross‑browser and mobile testing with real device coverage. The automation suite is smooth, powerful, and keeps my workflow super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disappointed that BrowserStack lacks up‑to‑date Chrome versions on iOS devices. Most iOS devices have outdated Chrome releases, which restricts real‑world testing coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves cross‑platform compatibility issues by letting me test on real devices anytime. It benefits my workflow by making automation and regression testing smooth, efficient, and scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack easy to use, and I really appreciate the support provided by the BrowserStack team. My team, including the developers, find that the tool supports their needs effectively. The initial setup was also easy, and the BrowserStack team provided all the support we needed.

I use BrowserStack for software testing and automation, which helps with testing on multiple devices and browsers effortlessly.
BrowserStack’s coverage and tools cuts Physical Device Dependency and increase automation efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack provides a lot of capabilities that support automation, such as image injection and local testing enablement. These features help us automate tricky scenarios, reduce manual overhead, and increase our automation test coverage. The interactive debugging in app-automate is also an added benefit; it sometimes saves time and helps us narrow down script issues more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI gets stuck on app-live, and the session logs out or expires before the configured session timeout. Also, the app’s automated new dashboard UI isn’t very easy to understand or use compared to the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack helps a lot because it offers a wide range of devices and capabilities. This reduces the dependency on physical devices and also cuts down on manual effort.
Percy CI Testing Is a Favorite Feature

The Percy testing is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to use custom proxy during Live test.

BrowserStack helps companies improve their products by offering a set of tools that support automation, QA review, and design review. As a Product Designer, BrowserStack’s tools have helped me test my designs and ensure they’re accessible. I also appreciate that the team regularly provides webinars and is always willing to help me learn how to use their tools effectively.

I don't have any particular issue or dislike about BrowserStack.

As a Product Designer, BrowserStack has had a great impact on how we implement and test accessibility in our designs. By providing accessibility plugins and hosting webinars on the topic, they’ve helped our team and company improve our knowledge of accessibility and better understand how to create an inclusive product.
Strong Testing Portfolio with Percy, but Room to Grow

Testing solutions are often generic. It is more effective to use specific or built-in frameworks tailored to the industry, such as a CRM suite framework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For content validation on the front-end website, we use Percy, which makes it easier to validate content for quick production releases.
Easy Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices and 4-at-Once Multidevice Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has real devices , we mostly use for cross browser and platform testing and the switching between devices is really easy also we the feature where 4 devices can be used at the same time is quite time saving .
What do you dislike about the product?
It scroll action in the device is either very fast or very slow even if we try to adjust the scroll behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it has multiple browser and devices option saves lot of testing time
Powerful Test Run Management and Analytics—With or Without Browserstack SDK
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the test run management and analytics it offers, whether or not I integrate the Browserstack SDK. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from both vendor and client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack sometimes doesn’t show test runs or the interactive debugging mode. This is probably due to latency, possibly because the SDK isn’t integrated. Overall, though, that’s mostly the only issue we face as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test automation team, we needed a plug-and-play test run analytics dashboard, which is exactly what BrowserStack offers. It’s easy to use and secure for our internal systems.
Extensive Device Coverage with Minor Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test sites, HTML5 creatives, and other things related to HTML behavior on devices. I like that there are so many different devices to choose from, as well as a variety of browsers and browser versions available. It's super helpful and all of that works well with VPN too. The initial setup was very easy, and we had an account manager to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The network console is often buggy and does not capture events sometimes. It would also oftentimes get disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test sites and HTML5 creatives, ensuring accurate behavior on real devices, especially mobile. It helps bypass bot-traffic blocks, providing a reliable testing environment compared to emulators.
