Broad Device & OS Coverage Makes QA Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of devices and operating systems to test with is SO useful for proper QA, especially with dealing with a user community full of legacy devices

BrowserStack helps us support our members with a variety of devices and operating systems. Many of them suffer from health conditions that limit their ability to fully engage in support calls, so having a platform to test our system against their devices aids us in giving them the best experience possible.
Efficient Multi-Browser Testing, Needs Faster Load Times
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to quickly test my application across different browsers and real devices without setting up local environments. Catching UI issues for different devices becomes easier and more productive. The instant access to real devices without any setup and the list of browsers compatibility is awesome. It's both cost-effective and time-saving, as having a physical device lab for testing becomes a pain for any engineering team. BrowserStack helps me solve cross-browser and device compatibility issues without needing physical devices and speeds up the testing process by parallel processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial loadup is very slow and could be improved drastically. Also, for small Indian teams, I hope subscriptions can be brought down or more flexible payment methods could be available. Initial POC took some time to adjust, and the first-time understanding can be challenging.
