Great tool for Actual Web/Mobile Testing
What do you like best about the product?
1. Many device to give that for testing Web Site.
2. Giving actual result same as Actual Browser.
3. Easy to use for any person.
4. For QA it's a most important tool.
5. Provide screen shot functionality for rise bug.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Might be some time slowness
2. Can not do mutiple URL at a same time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Client is happy with that as we resolved some Browser related issues which we don't have all system (Like: Mac, Ubntu)

Tool every QA needs
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has very strong technology behind the real devices which this offers. I have tested in many devices with Manual and Automation testing both. But I have never seen different behaviour in the devices which browserstack offers and the real devices. Also, its both Automate feature Web and App are very splendid in terms of running tests smoothly without failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike but they should implement the integration of CI/CD tools in the interface only like they have done for other feature such as Apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only for testing purpose and running automation test biut we are also using Browserstack for Test Management. As it gets a lot easier to maintain the test cases from the same dashboard where we are executing.
We have been using BrowserStack extensively - specially Percy and cross-browsers

The ease to integrate with any tool and tech.

Pricing increase significantly when there is more data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test on various different browsers and devices that I don’t have immediate access to. Simplifying our testing processes and ensuring accurate results allows us to be more efficient in what we ship.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occaisionally I get different results from a real world device in my hand, than on BrowserStack, but it's only very occaisionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having access to real world devices mean I can safely assume my product works on X amount of different devices that I test
Browser Stack is a flexibile utility with full of features!
What do you like best about the product?
Its a quite usefull software which is used by my quite often! Logged in - checked up and move forward.

At the moment dont have any issues with a software!

Automate Everything
What do you like best about the product?
As an Automation Engineer, I like its Low code automation feature. Although I love coding and writing scripts, this feature is more than that.
This is similar to something we have used in our browser. But this is more than that, here we can automate any desktop app. Browserstack can generate the codes for the traces or action we perform in the App.
Its test suits then allows us to edit or add headers if required in any API or URL. Its provide a lot of customization once it generates the code.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the help of low code automation you can just automate few things that are not upgrading frequently. Else we cant rely on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With browserstack we are aunning all our automation cases in the Browserstack itself whether it is desktop apps or web apps. It allows us to run our test in various devices with just a confgurational changes.
Easy of integration but bit costly for small scale organisations

A lot of features for easier integration especially with the reporting tools which provides insight on the error details and great UI reports

High Price for single device plan when compared to it's competitors

Sign In with user's google account which is required in our application has lot of limitations. So automation couldn't be implemented completely.
Super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to test any device and any browser on that device is what I use BrowserStack for and it does that great. Sometimes those super obscure bugs come in that only happen on an iPad running safari or only happen on Edge on a windows 11 machine or something like that. It really is invaluable to be able to reproduce those bugs and see what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test any hardware software combination that my team doesn't have available as real hardware.
Manage, Execute, Analyse
What do you like best about the product?
Before Browserstack we used to integrate our automated cases with Report Portal for reporting of test cases. Through this process, we always have to check Report Portal and it has limited feature for this. After integrating Browserstack in our org, now we are using its own Test Obervability feature. Apart from UI test here we can use our JUnit reports via APIs

Setting up some tools with BrowserStack is a bit hectic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack in our org is used for testing or manual and automated cases. And nowadays we are also using it for reporting of test cases and analysing the performance of our product.
Browserstack is best
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Browserstack for more than 5 years for automation testing and manual testing as well. Browserstack has very user rich features. whether it is its App Automate or App Live.
Best part of Browerstack is that it does not require any third party tool whether you are running your automated test cases or manual test cases from Test Management.
Also, when it comes to the device selection we can use number of device and we can run tests parallel as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
We can do almost every thing with Browserstack in UI testing. But it does not have support of API testing; Automation or Manual. It should include some feature for testing of APIs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currenlty, we are using Browserstack for to run our Manual and Automation cases. We are also using its Test Management tool for managing our cases and test execution. It gets very easy to have all tools under one dashboard.
