What do you like best about the product?
- I love the user experience. The control panel has a friendly and easy-to-understand interface.

- No need to touch the code on the website. The integration is simple and fast.

- Customer service and retention are much better than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page sometimes feels unoptimized and slow to load some sections. However, it is not a problem with our internet connection or our computers.

I also think there should be a simplified control panel, with the option to have only a few functions enabled, like shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As soon as we implemented OneSignal, we started to see an increase in sales, a better reception among our customers and decrease in the workload in the customer service department.

Customer acquisition improved too much for us. It means a better situation for us in every way.

Best platform to send and manage In-app notifications

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things with OneSignal is to send in-app messages and notifications to all our users. Our product's overall performance is hardly affected with the OneSignal integration which is a great plus for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with OneSignal. The product's User Interface is very simple and any beginner can easily start using the platform from the get-go. Also, cost-wise, it is cheap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from sending In-app messages, we also wanted to monitor the response to those notifications. OneSignal's detailed performance reports gives us great valuable insights which is very much needed by us

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked about Onesignal is that it is the best free push notification service available right now and pricing plans are even great with added support and it also provides me the necessary features for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked is that, it should have feature to remove inactive and duplicate subscribers and It will be great if the pricing plans for the small and medium businesses are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realibalitiy is the most benefitting to us every day which in turn increases the subscriber base and furthermore, many added customization options result in significant advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
Is helping us to increase revenues by engaging users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could have more automation on Push Notifications. i.e. be able to rerun the same Push Notification each day. Would like to have more reporting abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering daily useful content to users which is increasing subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is free. on top of that their support is amazing. Doesn't matter you are a paid customer or a free customer, they take care of you no matter what. One of the best teams I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot recall any bad experience with this. But, when it comes to Xamarin forms support, I kinda some issues here and there. But overall I think everything is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is developing our mobile app inhouse. So we needed a push notification service. and we were using Xamarin forms. we couldn't find any good full fledge tool to achieve this. But then we came across OneSignal. no regrets.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a comprehensive and reliable solution. Any company can provide different communication channels to users and customers with only this software. It is very easy to implement because it is not necessary to configure each channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are poor, but I understand this is not OneSignal's strong point.

They also don't keep the data for more than 30 days, so it is essential to use an external program to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send notifications to our users worldwide very easily. it is excellent for both our applications and those of our customers.

We increased the usage time of our applications since we started sending notifications regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very excellent and more powerful tool with communication.
Efficiency to intergrate with hubspot which helps to boost our sales.
Am very impressed with its documentation which is simple and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a challenge while renewing the licenses.

Am very impressed to say there customer support are very responsive.
Reliable and more powerful with push notifications.
Easy to setup and intergration with other apps such as hubspot for effective communication.

OneSignal has a superior architecture and is highly supported with AI, for push notifications and solid documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal has invested in seamless messaging, where notifications are made and responses delivered. The program allows the personalization of messages, and there is meaningful customer engagement or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps companies have a smooth customer engagement, through the personalization of emails and customer segmentation. Globally, OneSignal reaches all businesses, and there is analytical support for campaign management.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best customer support experiences.
Easy to use dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Some API offerings aren't built out via dashboard yet which means separate scripting work needs to be done to access some info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of sending push notifications to particular customer segments.
It's also building out user profiles more clearly to better understand in-app actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like about this is it provides all the features for testing purposes and it is highly cost-effective. it is easy to set up with 3rd party services. Easy to schedule and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, they should work on automation and flow. There should be improvment in tecnical support and not least it should have a more user-friendly dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial feature for me in my opinion is segmentation as you can do it by geographical area and transactions that you have specified. As we work on multiple platforms it is very useful to me as one signal is multiplatform supported.
