What do you like best about the product?
Works as advertised. My first interaction with Support was really good. They were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much do dislike at this point, just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows notifications with in our mobile app easier than native development, for us.
Perfect service and QA
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an other person in the other end of the email that understands you. The services are amazing! I can not beleve i found this and start using it. It way easier than I'd ever expected it to be. Documentation is perfect. Even though there should be less transparancy between the web-push world and the mobile push. Seems like they might me mixed in the doc. Lucky for me that I only use the simple stuff and that I'm VERY happy with the service. I should have known about this two years ago. That would have saved me alot of trouble and long nights. I was up and running within minutes! Both on iOS and Android. Of cource I have a lot of expiriance with the iOS push already so many of the things needed - I had them. For new users iOS push can be tricky. That's just in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Still a rookie user but I've tested and played around with the service for hours. Keeps impressing me how easy OneSignal makes this. And when I know that the "things behind" are VERY complex and hard to keep track of. Right now there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The GDPR as an exmaple. I ask about it and OneSignal kindly ask me to seek legal consulating for that matter. But the doc clearly stated was was subject to a GDPR violation and how to avoid it. Makes perfect sence. Nothing technical. The guides where all I needed to get going. Also I asked about "tags". Can I have a "tag" array. One tag and multiple values. I got a very god answer on that also.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a simple API and simple push functionality this is the way to go. Took minutes to set up. Works like a charm. Saving time and efford to make this work.
Delivered above and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is one of the most attractive features of OneSignal. Instead of maintaining code for iOS, Android, Web, and Amazon Fire, we have one single codebase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about the Software. I would like a couple of more ways to search for existing users, but that's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Push Notifications and Push Messaging in a medical environment. The delivery of our notifications and messages is a critical part of patient care. Our Apps run on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire, and PC Browsers, so we have a lot of channels to support. With OneSignal we can create a single message and have it delivered to unlimited users on all the platforms we support with not extra coding.

Consider messaging via Tags if possible.

We use the templates and localization options a lot. It’s very reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The localization input fields do the job, but it could be more user-friendly. Like alphabetical order or multiple input fields on one screen.

Fully featured Push system, at a super low price!
What do you like best about the product?
One Signal is extremely versatile, and we use it for online multiplayer gaming and marketing. It helps us keep track of users who have updated, remind players who need to make a move in a game, and much, much more! And it is FREE. Amazing...
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about OneSignal - it is an extremely well crafted system, with excellent support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal let us set up a system where players are notified by Push when it is their turn in a game. We integrated OneSignal with our own webserver so we can automatically send notifications in multiple languages based on the player's game state. We also use OneSignal to let players know when our other games are on sale - we can even target players who don't have the specific game installed.

Give it a try - it's free and very easy to implement, with fantastic support.
OneSignal Excellent App and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is an excellent App, I was looking for a notification Plugin for my Wordpress page and their app is perfect. I had some questions about coding the App and even that I'm still a Free account they give me the fastest and excellent customer support. Everything was very clear, kind and concise. Totally recommended app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a publishing website and I only send notification to the members of my web. This app is easy to use and powerful, totally recommend it.

Push notifications made simple, reliable and fully supported
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, the support they provide is awesome, they're always eager to help and to make easy any integration with their plugin. Also, the plugin works very well and have a lot of options to cover almost any integration with a variety of technologies. This allow us (customers) to use OneSignal as a service for all of our web products that need push notifications, from web push to android and ios support. Moreover they have it all, Wordpress Plugin, Rest API, and a great documentation. We're very happy with this plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't find anything bad so far. May be it's because it's a great plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, It wasn't a problem, but we have improved our traffic.

OneSignal Support is Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
Responses to support questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. We were migrating to a new platform on our side and OneSignal helped us maintain our list of subscribers across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes that we can think of! We haven't experienced any negative "hiccups" using OneSignal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using web push notifications, we're able to contact users quickly -- this has increased our engagement and allowed us to better maintain our relationship with our subscribers.

If you're using Wordpress, OneSignal's plugin makes setup and integration extremely easy. Have a problem? OneSignal's support is top notch and can help you solve it in a fast & friendly manner.
Great support but conflicting documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it integrates with Wordpress. Also very valuable when making PWA's to provide push notifications for safari. Easy to install, just upload the plugin and configure, can also integrate with Firebase for native Android push.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some online documentation is conflicting with instructions given by support. Does not work well with another PWA plugin for Wordpress.

Web push notifications and native push for Android.
