OneSignal serves as a very cost-effective, easy to use, and robust push notification service. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface that is easy to customize and navigate, making it very easy for new users to find a way to use this tool without much training.
I needed a robust system to send multiple notifications at a time, so I use OneSignal on a daily basis to send over 50 push notifications a day without any issues, and it caters to all countries around the globe in all major languages.
Maintaining the attention of subscribers and bringing them back in a cost-effective way is a tough task in my daily workflow. OneSignal is highly cost-effective for my overall marketing, and it is playing a major role in bringing users to our websites. It is a feature-loaded tool with user segmentation, A/B testing of push notifications, intelligent delivery, and many more.
What is most valuable?
OneSignal offers the ability to send instant notifications without delay, providing all the necessary features for testing, being highly cost-effective, and being a great system to handle a huge volume, along with great customer support and an intuitive user-friendly interface.
OneSignal handles huge volumes for us without any issues, as I have not noticed any problems with delivery speed or reliability when sending lots of notifications. It is always uptime with no downtime, and the performance has always been top-notch.
The best features that stand out are in-app messaging, push notifications, and A/B testing.
OneSignal has positively impacted my organization by saving a lot of money because it is a very cost-effective push notification tool in the market right now. It has reduced our CAC by 40%, and I have also seen an increase in conversion rate with an average retention of 55.5%.
What needs improvement?
OneSignal should develop features a bit faster as per user requirements.
Additional improvements should include more design choices for in-apps, and more analytics would go a long way.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing OneSignal, I evaluated other options, but the reason why I switched from CleverTap to OneSignal is that OneSignal comes with a free plan and easy integration, unlike CleverTap which has a starting price of a huge cost per month and a difficult integration process.
That is why I selected OneSignal instead of CleverTap.
What other advice do I have?
OneSignal is a great tool that is very cost-effective, easy to use, and has easy integration. If you want to drive more website traffic and increase in sales, you should look for OneSignal as the preferred solution.
I would rate my overall experience with OneSignal as a 9 out of 10.
