What do you like best about the product?
Agile methodology and constant improvements in the product. Most importantly Nexthink has been great at hearing what customer wants and fulfilling it
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the product overall and I don't dislike anything specific. But, there is always scope for improvement when developing new features in the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation of end users device performance in almost near time. This has been core need for our company

What do you like best about the product?
The very first thing I like in Nextink is, pre-configured investigations.
We can get the initial insights about device/user/application etc., just by giving a keyword in the search box, which is very fast.
It is the savior while resolving the critical incidents.
Implementaion is easy. Wonderful support by professional services team.
Excellent customer support. Quick and responsible support team.

The data retention period should be extended.

Compliance issues
Security application compliance issues
Removal of vulnerable applications
Patch updates compliance monitoring
Notifications to the users about the transformation projects

What do you like best about the product?
The team provides exceptional service and support. They are always available and respond quickly to our queries. They connect on regular basis to discuss the pain points and help our team in tackling them.

I worked on Application Experience Module and below are the things I liked about it

• Nexthink enabled us to monitor the performance of applications and identify the root cause of any issues faced by users
• With its advanced features, we swiftly determined the underlying application issues faced by the users and took prompt action to resolve them using remote actions and campaign features
• Whether it's a slow-loading page, access issue, or any other related issue, Nexthink empowered us to investigate the issue and remotely trigger the necessary actions on the user's device to address the problem effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such downside, to better understand and analyze the data one has to learn NQL quering which is a custom query language used in Nexthink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on Application Experience Module and below are the problems it helped us with:

Nexthink helped us with effective license management for the applications, which helps with cost savings.
It also helped us with proactive alerting of the issues, which helped the applications team to resolve issues below application outages and service tickets.
It improved the employees productivity on the application as necessary actions were taken by the team when dex score reduced.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of Nexthink and detailed knowledge provided to make sure the implementation is smooth. It's easy to integrate and customer support is also helpful in customizing solutions as per your needs.

The UI/UX can be further improved to provide more seamless experience and more visulization features can be added

Please improve the support system by enabling chatbot support, so users can get quicker help when they need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NexThink proactively helps to identify many issue related to hardware, softwares, applications, network, and many other issues and enhancements in the environment. As depicted by the name itself " Digital Experience Monitoring" tool, NexThink really helps to resolve the issues and improves user experience and productivity even before the end user is aware of. NexThink also helps to reduce the efforts of differents teams/towers by automating many tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is a versatile tool making the everyday of a service desk agent easier. By helping the agents we are also saving a lot of time for the users, customers, to avoid asking questions we can check in the tool. Amplify is a fantastic addition to the company toolset. Knowing so much without asking anything is remarkable.
The integration of new features such as remote actions is a must for a Service Desk, to perform quick actions that would take a lot of time if done manually.
Nexthink is constantly improving it's features, hence from the customer support side we are able to provide better and better support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say anything that I dislike regarding Nexthink. There is however a huge need to monitor mobile devices as well. It would be great to have Nexthink installed on iPhones, iPads to monitor the "health" of these devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is currently working as:

1. Running preventive actions in the background in order to resolve issues, without being seen
2. Open proactive tickets for certain type of issues.
3. Helps Service Desk and SMEs to find the source of the issues quicker.

The main benefits are:

1. Overall less call
2. Calls are shorter and agents are more efficient
3. Users doesn't have to look for all the information needed for the troubleshooting (which in most case is challenging for them)
