Great password manager
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to add new logins to Dashlane as you are creating a new login or saving and existing login.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is to easy to save an updated password and the new password does not work with the website due to password requirements. There is no way to undo the save to revert back to the prior password. It is also too easy to create multiple saved logins for one website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane alows the use of complex passwords that do not have to be remembered by the user and are easily populated into the login on a website or app.
Does the basics exceptionally well across all platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Reduces the load on IT departments, especially when using services that do not have self service reset and management.
The ability to share passwords securely and to manage that sharing using a single pane of glass is invaluable.
The built in password generator helps users avoid the trope of same word + date and exclamation mark when signing up got the multitude sites and services that are ubiquitous is business life these days.
Integrates features such as 2FA and Passkeys without users being aware of the potential complexities of these systems.
Organisation held encryption key mitigating supply side attack should the Dashlane platform be compromised.
Reasonable scanning / recommendation tools which help users see a picture of their security posture which is easy to understand.
Dark web scanning can be an eye opener for some users (and has led to positive changes in many cases)

What do you dislike about the product?
Password generator makes passwords that are very hard to remember (and are therefore only really suitable for use with a plugin / copy paste technique) - Other systems exist which generate strong passwords which can memorised. In practice we adopt a blended approach, since the use of a generated password is not mandatory.
Plugin can be over eager. In fairness this can be tweaked in use but the default behaviour can result in users logging multiple accounts for the same service, or repeatedly overwriting accounts based on fuzzy matching.
Some fluff around the edges (VPN etc) which is not appropriate for our use case.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally ensuring that a team of colleagues were adopting good security practices with regards passwords.
Much better than lastpass and onepassword
What do you like best about the product?
Much more user-friendly than most password savers, and the interface/extension is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wants to populate EVERYTHING, and sometimes it's a pain because it keeps interfering, and you have to manually pause it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to save all passwords, secure notes, and payment methods, as well as share them with my employees.
Good Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The autofill is probably the best feature and works well across browsers and devices. The ability to add payment info and secure notes is also very useful. Use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing is complicated and hard to make work as intended. I also wish there was a way to set up the autofil to not show up/"update your password" popups for logins that have multiple stages with MFA and PIN codes in addition to the password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management for the entire team and for personal use.
Great option for saving passwords
What do you like best about the product?
In most cases, Dashlane works great to remember passwords, autofill forms, and generally keep track of all my info. Functionality on iPhone, Chrome, and other systems has been greatly improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always know what to fill out in certain forms. Doesn't always work w/ Chrome on the iPhone.

It creates complex passwords that I don't have to remember.
Dashlane is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dashlane in both my professional and personal life. It's so quick and easy to use to save, retrieve, and even share passwords that it's become a must-have tool for me. The phone app as well as the browser plug-ins are time savers. I don't think that I'd be able to get through the day without using Dashlane at least a few times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Dashlane is that sometimes it gets in the way of entering a password manually. I realize I can click the icon and choose to turn it off temporarily, so sometimes it's really just a nuisance rather than a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is helping save time for me and my users. We've had issues with users just writing down passwords and leaving them out in the open for others to see so DL has helped cut down on that. It has also helped my IT team share Secure Notes and password with each other.
Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dashlane incredibly easy to use. It integrates very well on Chrome browser and across multiple users and devices. I dont often need customer support but any queries have been dealt with very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes. We have used Dashlane for business for five years and are very happy with the product and service.

Time, security, adoption
Dashlane is a great tool for anyone who has employees & doesnt want to share any confidential stuff

The upside is definietly that it is user friendly than other software's like lastpass

It is also 5x more expensive than other softwares while other softwares provide the same value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes everything simple for our employees. They dont have to search for the websites, its all on one platform.
Easy way to store passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is easy to use and I only have to remember 1 password, not 100s!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find difficulty sometimes when there is multiple log ins for the same site. I don't always get to choose which log in to use and sometimes Dashlane will override a password with a "magic code" if one is needed to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane benefits me by allowing me to easily share logins with colleagues.
Dashlane is a good password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is very much easy to use, and access/password sharing within teams is easy and efficient. I also love the free VPN that comes with our corporate account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I love the Dashlane Password Manager app!
