What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane has made sharing passwords among our team, clients and even my spouse seamless. I actually like the password generator the best of any feature. I live my life by dashlane. It seamlessly integrates across my phone and different browsers on my computer and I save all kinds of other information in it. I use it constantly personally and professionally.
The few times I've needed to use support, they've been very helpful and resolved my issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some times that it autofills sections that I don't need it to or that a field I need to fill out actually autoupdates the original password in the system, but I think that might be me moving too fast. They also raised the enterprise level price recently by a pretty high percentage and they could increase the team functionality in a lot of ways. It's still pretty manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for logins on hundreds of social media accounts for our clients across our team; creating unique and strong passwords; sharing secure information professionally and personally.
Helpful password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is great for generating and storing passwords for a variety of sites. It's also helpful to share secure notes with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is fairly intuitive, but some small improvements are needed to make it more functional. For example, it's too easy to accidentally replace a password with an incorrect one with just a click of a button, then it takes several steps to undo that mistake. It's also difficult to determine billing and whether or not a payment has successfully been made. Overall, though, it's a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate having all my passwords in one place, having the software suggest and store complex passwords for my log-ins, and having the ability to generate complex passwords to use in other software products.

Ability to store and retrieve passwords easily

The autofill gets in the way sometimes and bypassing it takes some effort.

Cataloging the enormous amount of passwords in todays digital world.
Simple and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is very simple to setup and very fast to get the hang of it.

Sometimes it does not autofill on some fields.

Ease of log in with complex passwords and 2FA, so users use different passwords for different sites and accounts.
Great Tool for Managing Passwords Across Multiple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of onboarding users and how it lets them keep their personal passwords separate from company related websites. The website management that allows me to specify which sites should automatically be placed into the business bucket is also a great feature. Their customer support was easy to reach and very helpful at answering questions during implementation. I haven't found much not to like about Dashlane and would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that hasn't been well thought out or does not work well. Whether using with different web browsers or from my phone I've apprieciated how easy it is to manage passwords and have them available no matter what device I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary need was retaining business passwords for websites used by employees. Securely sharing passwords and having access to saved passwords when employees left the organzation was a big help.
I have found it very pleasant to use, its very user friendly and convenient

Sometimes its difficult to use when the password auto generates but you want to log in under a different user

Sharing general log ins with the wider team so that we all use the same

I like the way individual team members can have their own private areas, as well as being able to share logins with selected other individuals, as well as being able to give the whole team access to details that we all need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest niggle (which really isn't much of one at all!) is having to periodically sign in if I've not used it in a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team which uses a wide range of online tools. Using Dashlane enables us to give access to tools to individuals who need them, without worrying about whether individuals are keeping the login data safe and secure.
Best Password Managing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The security is great, I think the Password Health Score is a great tool to keep your passwords secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It is the best password managing software on the market.

I use multiple websites daily and Dashlane helps me organize them securely.
Dashlane - Saving Time and Improving Security
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with Android, iOS, Edge, and Chrome with no issues and makes using secure/randomized passwords much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are very few things I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use more randomized passwords for users thanks to Dashlane and the password generator and integration with browsers and mobile devices.
Great, simple UX
What do you like best about the product?
We chose Dashlane over 1Password in the end, and have been pretty happy with the tool. It's easy to use, the chrome extension and integration makes it easy to safe new passwords and I like that the UI allows for multiple types of information to be saved and shared. Was easy to implement and is easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to connect the personal and work users, so I can't say share a password with my spouse even though you can gift family accounts as a part of the enterprise plan.
