Teamcenter- the only Truly E2E PLM system
What do you like best about the product?
Started as a PDM system but expanded with full blown Product lifecycle system with 10/10 capabilities in most areas

One size fits all solution forces users to customize most of the times codeful customization that will make futures upgrades expensive and prohibitive

Medical devices related documentation and submission with full tracibility for changes and product data

Teamcenter has encapsulated technology and processes that benefit all disciplines to help produce modern products.

The installation process is complex. The product can be overwhelming because it is so capable and far-reaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My customers have long-standing needs to manage product data. With the new DOD Directive for Digital Engineering, it's even more necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Teamcenter as a PLM system and have been very impressed with how many other features it has. Teamcenter talks with the software packages that we use. NX and PTC. I have so much more to learn about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to store part files, workflows. We are very big users of the structure manager feature. It is very useful for comparing and creating new products.

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility of teamcenter to make it exactly what our users need is really one if its strongest features. there are many features that we use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all that flexibility comes a lot of challanges maintaining our specific instance of the software. information can be challenging to receive because everyone's deployment can be so different.

Teamcenter houses our teams engineering and design data giving us a secure platform for our global team to work from,

What do you like best about the product?
Seems logically laid out for the user. Very easy to go between Teamcenter engineering, structure manager, etc.

Customizing the software (BMIDE) is difficult.

Helping us stay Organized and have control over any changes. Easy to control access by Role or group.
