  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
On a recent manufacturing project for a client, we used Teamcenter integrated with NX and SAP. The way it ties together product data, workflows and downstream system is very effective and the support team is only an email away whenever we need help. I also appreciate the flexibility of its open APIs and tha fact that we can build custom solutions on top it to better match our processes. For day work, the search capabilities, BOM navigation and lifecycle tracking are especially practical and easy to rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its definitely not lightweight. New users often struggle at the beginning and even experienced users can still get confused because there are so many options and some of the icons aren’t very clear. The system has a lot of internal dependencies, so if something breaks, it can end up affecting multiple teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamcenter problem solve brings the entire product lifecycle together from desgin through manufacturing within a single system. Its save helps save time, cut down on erros and make sure everyone is working from the most up to date information. Its save helps also strengthens traceability and enables teams to make decisions faster, because all tge data is connected and easy to access in platform.

I also the ability to import 3D modela directly, which helps keep us aligned in sync with the desgin teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teamcenter performace is very good, and its helpful for managing large datasets. The mobile experience still limited compared with the destop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all of our product related data into one place and keeps everyone aligned. We no longer have to worry about outdated files or missed updates, which makes day to day collaboration much smoother. Centralized Product Data Hub That Integrates Smoothly with CAD and ERP

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With Siemens Teamcenter, all of our product data is finally centralized in one portal. We depend on it for BOMs, change requests, approvals and document control, which makes it easier to keep everything consistent. It also integrates smoothly with our CAD and ERP systems, so teams aren’t constantly switching back and forth between different tools. The newer web based interface feels more customizable, too. Once users get past the initial learning curve, it settles intonthe daily workflow without very little friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can vary depending on the setup and the network and after certain updates we sometimes run into bugs that require additional testing on our side. Even with that in mind, its still my go to tool, and the one I recommend to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using this, our data was scattered across different tools and shared drives. Its also been clear that the company and the people it works with genuinely care about their product product and want it to succeed, Now everything is organized, structured and traceable, which has made audits and internal reviews far easier and more straightforward to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It covers almost everything you need for product lifecycle management. Change management, document control and workflow handling are all built in. Things has improved a lot since AWC matured enough to be genuinely useful for all users, not just consumers. Because it includes so many features and most of them are genuinely useful and helpful its become a strong tool for our work. Still, a few people on my team find certain modules hard to navigate and when problems come up. Troubleshooting can sometimes end up requiring outside support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage the entire product lifecycle and keep everything aligned, from design updates all the way through production planning. Why Our Team Relies on Teamcenter for Project Collaboration

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate using Teamcenter because it centralizes everything related to product development in one place. In large engineering environments, information can easily become scattered across different systems, emails, and local folders. Teamcenter solves this problem by acting as a single platform where all product data is organized, managed, and controlled.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Siemens Teamcenter is a powerful PLM system, there are several aspects that make it frustrating to use. First, the software often feels slow and clunky, especially when navigating large product datasets. Searching for files or opening complex assemblies can take a long time, which disrupts workflow and reduces efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In large architectural and planning projects, keeping track of designs, site plans, and documents can be chaotic. Teamcenter solves this by centralizing all project data, so architects, planners, and engineers always work from the latest versions.

Its version and change control ensures we can track who made changes and why, preventing mistakes and rework. Teamcenter also enables collaboration across disciplines and locations, letting our team coordinate smoothly in real time.

Seamless Teamcenter Integration with Powerful Revision Tracking and Workflow Control

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of Teamcenters strengths is how smoothly it integrates with a wide range of engineering and business tools. I also like its easy integration with CD software, along with its strong storage capabilities and secure server maintenance. We rely on it every day for revision tracking, workflow approvals and managing part structures. The where used featured is especially valuable when working with large assemblies, since it makes it easier to understand downstream impact across the overall structure. It also supports customization, so we have been able to adjust workflows to better align with our internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teamcenter is a powerful system, but that strength can also make it feel a overwhelming at first. It often takes too many clicks to complete simple tasks and the performance can slow down when you’re working with heavy datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with full traceability of product data and changes. We no longer struggle with version confusion and audits are much easiet because everything is documented and accessible to all users. It also reduces the need to transfer data to different people in multiple formats and files types types. Its has strengthened our control over the engineering process.
