Expert Help with Deep Cloud Provider Knowledge around Identity center.
What do you like best about the product?
They not only help us with billing queries, they have great in depth knowledge of cloud provider services as well, and they help us through that as well which is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. I like the way they set up meetings and explain different issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently they helped me understand the setup for AWS identity center with external account. It was very insightful as they walked me through a demo UI as well.
Great AWS Cost Dashboard and Fast Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard provides a clear breakdown of the AWS account, and it also makes it easy to get customer support quickly. I frequently check and monitor the costs of our services and products, and this helps me stay on top of our spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloudkeeper does not have SSO, and this creates a little bit of the management effort to manage accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using CloudKeeper, we didn’t have a clear idea of the cost details for each service. With the CloudKeeper dashboard, we can quickly get an overview of our costs. We also continuously optimize spending and keep monitoring the dashboard to track and measure our cost-optimization efforts over time.

We use Cloudkeeper to manage and optimize our AWS billing, and the overall experience has been very positive.
The platform gives us good visibility into our AWS costs and provides meaningful recommendations on where we can optimize and reduce spend. The insights are practical and help our team take concrete actions rather than just reporting usage.
What really stood out was the support during a sudden and unexpected increase in CloudWatch log usage. There are no major drawbacks so far. As with any evolving platform, there is always room for incremental improvements in usability and feature depth—such as more customization options and deeper, contextual explanations within the dashboard—to help new users act on insights more quickly. Overall, the experience has been smooth and reliable.

Folder level cost optimization should also be there in aws s3.

This directly benefits me by reducing cloud costs, improving budget predictability, and saving operational time that would otherwise be spent on manual cost analysis and reporting.

We have reached out to CK team for out infra review and to understand if our setup in following best practices . They have already done a cloud armour and cloud SQL review in our projects.
