What do you like best about the product?
The Cloud Keeper engineers are always useful and helpful. They can help come up with solutions to resolve any technical matters. Their support response time is also always quick.

As the Head of Engineering at ProNavigator, I need my team focused on building product, not micromanaging cloud billing. CloudKeeper provides an immediate, guaranteed reduction in our AWS spend through direct discounts, all with top-notch technical support.

In 4 years with CloudKeeper, we never had any issues.

Micromanaging cloud billing is not a good use of my team's time. CloudKeeper solves this problem for us, saving us time and money.

Great Cloud Cost Dashboard with strong Granularity
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me analyze my cloud costs in a single place, which saves me time. I can then spend that time finalizing the action items based on the analysis. The cost dashboard features are really good, and the level of granularity is also strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any downsides to it. The only thing I feel is missing is a feature to tag resource IDs with tags. If that gets added, it would be much easier for a team to identify which resources are costing more.

Overall, their proactive approach, technical expertise, and cost-effective support model make CloudKeeper a strong and dependable partner for our cloud operations.

CloudKeeper (CK) has been instrumental in troubleshooting recent issues related to VPC networking, DynamoDB, QuickSight security configurations, and AWS Global Accelerator access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that CloudKeeper helps our company control and reduce cloud spending. It's quite beneficial and useful, especially for our management team who use it for financial reports and usage reports. It's used by various technical units and has been set up two days before our financial team started using it. The way CloudKeeper integrates with Google Cloud is beneficial for managing costs and setting up financial reports. Every part of the service is useful, covering multiple aspects, and I'm quite satisfied with the features as they are. Setting up CloudKeeper was very easy and straightforward with less stress, making it a stress-free experience. I highly recommend CloudKeeper as it's very useful, straightforward, and easy to use, even for beginners.
