What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper's cost analysis report provides a comprehensive overview of our AWS spend and trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that we should have been introduced to this service as part of the onboarding process instead of only when we brought up the topic of cost savings.

CloudKeeper is helping to optimize our cloud spending across all AWS services.

Cloudkeeper is really easy to use. One of the best things about it is how clearly it shows your billing summary, daily cost details and gives helpful tips to lower your cloud spending.
What really stands out about Cloudkeeper is the amazing support from their team. They're always available to help, whether you have questions, need advice or run into issues. Their quick and friendly support makes managing cloud costs much easier and stress free.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Cloudkeeper doesn’t offer APIs, so you can’t build custom tools or set up your own automations on top of it. It also lacks personalisation features, which means you can’t tailor the experience to fit your specific needs or preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The billing summary views, daily cost breakups, and cost-saving suggestions have been very helpful for our team. The billing summary gives us a clear, high-level view of our overall cloud spending, which makes it easier to track our budget. The daily cost breakdowns help us quickly identify any unexpected spikes or changes in usage, so we can take immediate action if needed. And the suggestions to reduce costs are practical and data-driven, helping us make informed decisions to optimize our cloud resources and avoid unnecessary expenses.

Have helped me check itemized billing. Specially when we are a child account. We can see multiple modes of resource-wise, account-wise and day/month-wise billing.

Some alerts can be helpful if not present already.

What do you like best about the product?
1) I like cost break-up section where you can check instance wise, DB wise cost
2) Entire reports section is very useful. Also once can export data very easily to a excel from any page
3) Cost explorer dashboards are good too
4) Budget alerts is useful

Overall product is good. Very useful for organizations that have sizable AWS Spend

AWS Does not provide good reports, dashboards and budget alerts w.r.t billing. Cloudkeeper solves this problem
We are happy with TTN as our FinOps partner. I would happily recommend it to my colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
1. TTN and Kristal has been collaborating for the past 2 years. It has been a smooth journey so far. TTN leverages bulk reservation volumes to get guaranteed discounts for us in addition to EC2 and RDS reserve instances.
Their platform CK Lens also provides us a holistic view of our AWS usage.
The custom dashboard on CK Lens allows us to track our daily and monthly spends, we can add the daily budget as well and set up alerts on that.
2. TTN services team is also prompt in their response if we require any assistance. Recently they assisted in exchanging EC2 RI's and setting up AWS SSO.
3. They are glad to discuss any problem, even if it is out of their scope, and try to provide a solution.

Making Cost Optimization Very Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Managing and planning for AWS RI and Savings Plan can be troublesome. By using CloudKeeper we don't need to worry about committing any RI and Saving Plans and still get the savings. Would recommend CloudKeeper to anyone using AWS and can't manage RI and Saving Plans.

AWS account(s) cannot be part of our organization

Cost optimization
Cloudkeeper is a user friendly platform and easy to analyse your resources and their usage
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can get the summary of our AWS resources usage and also like its recommendations where it provides suggestions on instance families with latest generation and cheaper cost

It does not provide the recommendations on behalf of usage like vcpu and ram

We don't need to prepare the data ourselves as this provides readymade information
