Crossbeam is a key tool for partnerships

What do you like best about the product?
I love the overall grid that appears for each connected partner. It makes it easy to tell at a glance if a partnership makes sense - or not. The level of customer support they offer is also terrific!
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the terminology of "populations" but most everyone else refers to them as lists. Any time I've helped a new partner get up and running, I first start with the translation. Not a huge issue, but minimizing the unique nomenclature could be helpful for new customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Life was pretty miserable before finding Crossbeam a few years (and jobs) ago. It was basically spreadsheet hell, especially if either partner had long lists of customers or prospects. The time saved by using Crossbeam is easily calculated - what takes a minute (surfacing all the overlaps) in Crossbeam used to take an hour per partner, if not longer. I generally try to take a quick peek prior to my calls with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is a really simple idea, but the execution of it and the fact that most of our partners have adopted it means that we're able to account map very quickly and easily. It's helps massively when we're evaluating a new partner, we can quickly identify existing mutual clients (great for case study and GTM campaigns) and quickly identify mutual open opportunities, that helps us prioritise partner activitiy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, crossbeam can be a bit slow - but we're using the free version, so I can't really complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping and identifying top tier clients. It saves me from having to update different Google Sheets as all the data is automatically pulled in. We're able to be notified whenever a new prospect is a mutual prospect of our parnters which helps us even further in the sales cycle and we're able to close deals more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Crossbeam passionately for the last 1.5 years and I find it really effective. It's great to note that Crossbeam offers a free plan and a paid plan but you can get the most out of it using the free plan itself unless you decide to connect to your CRM. Guess what - it's going to be super-efficient if connected to CRM to boost the impact of the Partner Ecosystem.

I also really like the blog posts that Crossbeam creates, all of them are very neatly prepared, align with what companies are building and take a lot of learning from the content they produce. It's not as easy to write about Partnerships but many thanks for what they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of honestly. I only had great experience using Crossbeam!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is an Account Mapping platform that lets you share your prospect, open opportunities and customer information with your trusted partners. Similarly the partners will be sharing the information with your company and if there is an overlap or a match, you setup rules for data sharing. Imagine one day you wake up and see hundreds of your open opportunities are already customers of your partner, it becomes easier to work with your partner to close those open deals. It's a well planned and efficient tool to generate pipeline and win deals from your partners existing network.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI of the platform is just great.
Its simplicity is perfect and its account mapping overlap features is just a must-have for any partnership manager out there to complete its daily job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the tool is useful in my day-to-day job, and the platform's UX/UI is just great. Everything is smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps me manage common pipeline with my partners and quickly identify target accounts / common clients to perform my role on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly valuable. What a concept. The matrix is critical. Connections directly to the CRM make this a real-time insights tool for us, and our entire company and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some hesitancies by some partners to share data... this isn't on Crossbeam, but anything that can be built in to help with this e.g. "auto NDA", would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows our sales and partnerships team to unlock relationships -- we can help our partners, which is the most valuable action we can take to grow business together. This platform 100% enables this.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the layout is clean and simple. I can easily connect with known and unknown partners alike so that I can easily grow my partnership network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have insights into the crossover between my organization and those of my partners or potential partners if a formal relationship is not in place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing accelerant for expanding partnerships and creating value once you have the process and shared value unlocked. It helped save me headcount due to how painful our previous process was account mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is expensive and it's difficult to navigate the internal security conversations with IT and Operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time when it comes to account mapping and identifying account owners at partners

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool for North American companies using overlap partner CRM insights to determine who to prospect, what messaging to use (leveraging partnership/integration messaging), or even to identify co-selling opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the current moment. Still exploring all the benefits of the tool and how to leverage it best internally and externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Crossbeam for a number of purposes - mostly around partner ecosystem management and value measurement of partnerships (that we have access to data and overlaps). We also leverage for sales intelligence and co-selling motions.
