Crossbeam is a great tool for identifying co-sell and referral opportunities to drive revenue.
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is a great tool for identifying whitespace for opportunities with partners to drive revenue. I appreciate the ease of the tool and how easy it is to connect with partners on CB and share data. Helps me work much more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be catered more towards on company but record limits. Also, sometimes I see retailers are clients of partners via tools like Built With and Wappalyzer that don't show in CB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a partner manager it helps me account map and identify opportunities where we can leverage our partners to get deal in pipe and across the finish line. Also open opportunities where we can co-sell with partners.
Great way to connect with partners
What do you like best about the product?
I like that most of my prospective partners already use crossbeam, so it is easy to keep partnership momentum going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I use Crossbeam enough to have anything that I dislike

It is making it easy to cross-check prospect allignment

Being able to see overlaps with potential partners and strategize on how to break into accounts together.

If partner's data is not "good" then it is useless :(

Being able to see which accounts partners have some traction and being able to provide value to them to get introduced to the account.
Very easy to generate mutual list to cross sell

The tool allows for CRM connection, ensuring list is always up to date.

Setup can be confusing for partners sometimes.

Account Mapping Platform With the Team That Has the Chops to Support It
What do you like best about the product?
Reveal has been really great to work with. We are both users of their platform, and have plugged their platform into our own technology. It's been quite useful to map the features across our ecosystems and evaluate how our partners can align to our sales process. I feel quite comfortable working with them, and their team has been extremely good supporting our head of partnerships. They've been easy for him to use, their integration was straightforward, and we've gotten to a point where we're using the platform quite frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any. I do belive that the comparable platforms in this area all seem to service slightly different segments of the partnerships arena. In looking at where each shines, I feel like Reveal is the most well rounded. I bring up their potential in a conversation with my own contacts almost weekly and haven't seen an area where they fall short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a partner ecosystem platform ourselves that provide partners with the ability to manage their engagements with vendors at scale. Reveal plugs right in and gives a view of potential sales that is quite difficult to get from the other features in the platform. It rounds out our strong ecosystem play and is extremely valuable to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple but extremely powerful toolset ,easy to use, great support experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to support external SSO meaning we could not auto provision users who were not already signed up.

What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to fully understand the dynamics of our ecosystem requirements and working with multi-vendor approach in building techstack that is fully tailored to partner and client use not to mention the ability of Reveal technology to be tailored and reflect on the very specific needs of our organization. Last but not least is the UI and integration into our platform with and ease of implementation with our partners. To top all of it I have to also mention the flexibility of Reveal Customer Support and Partner support we are receiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in the early stages in our relationship, yet there are not major or minor gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our partner mindshare and partner sourcer revenue while enabling deeper levels of collaboration among partners to solve client problems. Reveal is helping us to better understand our partners and the problems they are currently solving for their clients as well as enabling us to help to solve it for them and vice versa.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides me with an instantaneous view of the accounts that we should be focusing on with our partners.
The real-time information allows us to plan introductions and share account intelligence to drive deal registrations resulting in higher ADS and shorter sales cycles.
The integration with our CRM means we can see how we should be working on each account and which partners we need to engage with.
It is easy to set up and I love working with the team at Reveal.

As we approach 9 months of using the platform I haven't come across anything to dislike.

Identifying with ease the accounts as a business that we should be focusing on.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal is an easy-to-use tool that has helped us to uncover untapped revenue potential. It has helped us to evaluate our partner ecosystem based on the data it surfaces in the platform, to see who has the most overlaps, but also the most potential for new business for our organization based on the partners we attach with most often.
-It helps in fueling our marketing, from which partners to co-market with, building out target lists for our campaigns and deciding on messaging.
-Our Sales team finds it really helpful as well in understanding the partners that are in each of their accounts, in order to tailor their message and to solicit intel and introductions from those partners.
-Lastly, It is also is exceptionally helpful in organizing the prospects and deals we have in flight with each partner, in one place, that is consistently up to date (versus keeping multiple g-sheets!).
We do so much now daiily with the data from Reveal across our business that it has definitely become a must-have for us!

Once a partnership has been established the typical greenfield process is sending spreashseets and the moment it is sent they are out of sysnc.
