Partner overlaps, potential revenue from partnerships. Clear data on who to target. Good connection with my CRM (HubSpot)

Crossbeam Makes Partner-to-Customer Mapping Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has given us the opportunity to map our parnters to our customers in a very easy way. Was a very manual process prior and I know we were missing opportunities together which in return was a loss in revenue. Great tool!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations that do make task challenging. The subscription we have does not allow us to export the data so this have create another step for me. Not a huge negative just not as efficient as it could be. Again, I believe this is due to the version we currently have, may not be a limiration of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying what partners work with our customers which is HUGE for our sales teams. Was a VERY manual process prior to leveraging Crossbeam.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, a clean UI/UX, solid integrations, and overall it just makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really see any downsides. If anything, the pricing and packaging can be limiting, and as you scale they may constrain how much you’re able to get out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam addresses the “black box” challenge in partner ecosystems by securely overlapping your CRM data with your partners’ data to surface shared prospects and customers. This makes it easier to identify and prioritize high-impact co-selling opportunities, all without compromising data privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest way to mutually help partners and customers alike. I can rely on the data in a seamless fashion to drive revenue for my company and my partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that data syncs are 4 hours apart so there's that rare occurrence the data is inaccurate! But with the evolving AI landscape I know those updates and changes are coming :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the easiest way to account map and solve for customers to leverage partner relationships driving revenue for my company and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam gives our organization great visibility and detail into our partners’ install base. We use Crossbeam reporting to enrich our account database and target specific accounts that align with our initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we don’t have full access to the entire partner organization’s install base—only to a select portion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time install base visibility for major partners like Crowdstrike. It’s helping us streamline our focus and improve our reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam provides a concrete way to estimate real valuing when sizing partnership opportunities. Being able to qualify a partnership by comparing overlapping prospects and customer bases is invaluable.

I've had no issues with Crossbeam so far.

Makes account mapping with Partners easy and straightforward, with a clear and simple process that’s intuitive and easy to follow from start to finish.

Not all of my partners are on there, which honestly isn’t really a CB issue.

It helps us identify potential leads and opportunities through joint partnerships in the ever-evolving MarTech industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The account mapping and partner overlap functionality is genuinely useful. We're on the Supernode plan and the ability to quickly identify where our accounts overlap with our partners' has changed how we approach co-marketing and partner-driven campaigns. We sync Crossbeam data directly into HubSpot, which means the partner overlap insights aren't siloed in yet another tool — they're right where our sales and marketing teams actually work.

I've completed a couple of Crossbeam certifications through the Academy, and the training content is solid. It's well-structured, interactive, and actually helps you get more out of the platform rather than just checking a box.

The CRM integration is seamless, and the network effect of 30,000+ companies makes it easy to connect with partners and start mapping quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export limits can be a pain point. We've had to keep a close eye on our usage throughout the year to make sure we don't burn through our allotment before renewal. Some kind of better visibility or pacing tool around exports would go a long way.

The data permission and sharing settings can also get a little complex to navigate — especially when you're onboarding a partner who isn't particularly technical or doesn't have a RevOps person on their side. A smoother guided setup for less technical partners could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, the biggest value for us has been account and rep mapping — just being able to see at a glance who's in our accounts, where partner overlap exists, and using that for partner alignment conversations. Before Crossbeam that was spreadsheets and back-and-forth emails, so having it in one place is a real improvement.

I'll be transparent: we have a long way to go in terms of getting the most out of the tool. There's a lot of potential and opportunity in the platform that we haven't fully tapped into yet — co-selling workflows, deeper ABM integration, more sophisticated ecosystem plays. That's less a knock on Crossbeam and more a reflection of where we are in our adoption as an organization. The platform offers more than we're currently taking advantage of, which I think says something about the depth of the product. It's become a go-to tool for understanding our partner ecosystem, and I feel the ceiling for what we could do with it is high.
