Sometimes there’s a lot of gating around features I would expect to be free, which can be frustrating.

Crossbeam is the backbone of a partner ecosystem strategy by unlocking the data to lubricate the partner motion.

Overall it is great. They need to fix a small bug with Okta log ins.

Account Mapping between partners. Allowing reps to work directly with partners. Identifying the best partner plays.
Valuable Tool for Identifying Partner Overlaps
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam makes it very easy for our team to identify overlaps in prospects, opportunities, and customers with our partners. The interface is generally intuitive and easy to use, and the reporting aspect of the software allows us to quickly identify overlaps and communicate those overlaps across our team. Overall, Crossbeam has become our go-to tool for account mapping sessions with our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken our team some time to optimize the usefulness of the lists that we have created; many of these have been extremely effective for identifying actionable overlaps, while some do not end up serving much of a use case for our team. There can also be issues with the data that is generated, such as repeats in reported overlaps. The reports can also be overwhelming since they are dependent on good data from CRMs, which not every partner may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves the challenge of quickly identifying partner overlaps, allowing our team to turn many of these overlaps into actionable pipeline. The tool also strengthens our onboarding process and relationship building with new partners since we can work together on early account mapping.
Easy Co-Sell Insights with Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam makes it easy to identify co-sell opportunities in our partner community! It integrates nicely with Salesforce and we receive timely response to support and training requests. The grid layout and configurable data sharing rules brings it all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t found a way to automatically update our SalesForce records with partner and tech stack details. The only option we’ve identified so far is a SalesForce plugin, but it isn’t reportable within SalesForce. This creates manual export/import gymnastics.

What do you like best about the product?
What I’ve found most valuable about Crossbeam is how it brings structure to something that’s usually pretty messy—partner data. Account mapping is typically a manual, one-off exercise that depends a lot on back-and-forth and guesswork. Crossbeam simplifies that and turns it into something you can actually build into your day-to-day workflow.
It makes it much easier for both Sales and Partnerships to stay aligned without adding extra overhead. Instead of chasing spreadsheets or one-off requests, you have a consistent way to see where there’s real overlap and where to focus. That alone has made collaboration with partners a lot more practical and repeatable.

Crossbeam is only as good as the partners that you have using it and the data they share with you. That's not an issue with Crossbeam but important to know before you get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges in building a scalable partnerships motion is simply knowing where to focus. Without clear visibility into account overlap, teams are often operating on assumptions—relying on anecdotal input from partners, outdated spreadsheets, or one-off requests to try and identify where there may be opportunity. This creates inefficiency on both sides and leads to missed opportunities, duplicated efforts, or poorly timed outreach.
Crossbeam helps solve this by bringing real-time visibility into account mapping. Instead of guessing where there’s alignment, we can clearly see shared customers, active opportunities, and whitespace across our partner ecosystem. That level of transparency allows us to prioritize accounts with the highest likelihood of success and engage partners with a clear, data-backed point of view.

Crossbeam Streamlines Partner Matching With Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is the best application for matching a partner's customers and opportunities to ours. It integrate seamlessly with Salesforce greatly speeds of the process of coordination and collaboration with partners. Product pricing is reasonable, in the UI/UX is very intuitive. In addition, their support both pre and post sale one solid and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not tested their AI yet, so I can't like or dislike it at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped tremendously with enabling our sales team to collaborate with our partners and speed of the time to close. Our sales team is able to see who our customers Partners are in salesforce, and Crossbeam also allow us to identify the customer contact as well as the account manager at our partner for each client.
Crossbeam Accelerates Partner Co-Selling with Clear Overlap Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is a great tool to help me accelerate the process of finding joint opportunities with my partners. Not only am I able to see joint interest in open opportunities or prospects, but I am able to see our joint customers which builds that better together story.
I also love the ability to search a brand and understand which of my partners are connected to it!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only painpoint I can think of at the moment is the offline partner uploads can sometimes be difficult when trying to see the various customer/opportunity/prospect overlaps. I think this could be cleaned up a bit to be more explicit about how to properly configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am compensated on net new pipeline. Crossbeam is essential for me in working with my partners to find opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is very easy to use for account mapping and for getting into co-sell motions. I’ve been using the platform for over three years, and the team continues to innovate while adding meaningful value to partnership workflows.
Navigation, setup, and implementation all feel seamless, which makes it straightforward to get up and running quickly.

The freemium version has become a bit limiting, but there is an offer to do a 7-day trial so you can see how the paid version can help with parenthood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Crossbeam, account mapping was an extremely tedious process for us. We were usually working out of Excel, which was time-consuming, hard to keep up to date, and raised data privacy and security concerns.
With Crossbeam, the live sync with our CRM completely changed how we operate. Getting access to accurate data is now seamless, and our conversations with partner teams are much more intentional. As a result, we spend significantly more time on strategic co-sell conversations and far less time on manual, administrative work.
From an integration standpoint, Crossbeam fits very well into our existing CRM stack. Setup was straightforward, and once everything was connected, the data has stayed current without ongoing maintenance. It’s saved our team hours each week and given us much more confidence in the data we’re sharing with partners.

A Universal Language for Partnerships and Account Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is the universal language when it comes to Partnerships and Account Mapping. Makes things easy and uniform for everyone involved! Crossbeam has also been great in supporting our team as we need enablement and additional use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data sync can leave a bit to be desired as you can't fully trust the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better sales alignment, partner alignment and providing an overall value driver for our Partnership motion.
