Crossbeam is a user-friendly asset for Clearbanc!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the platform is. I learned how to use the platform mostly on my own, but the Crossbeam team has also been very helpful in quickly answering my questions (and sending blog posts for extra clarity!). They've even set up calls to walk through new features I wasn't aware of. Once I learned how to do it, the sub-accounts are really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using Crossbeam to compare overlaps with new partners because it helps us kickstart the relationship with them. By strategically comparing prospects and customers, we know the optimal people to target for co-marketing initiatives. It makes it easier for every partner to know who to make introductions to, as well. Also, if partners don't want to integrate their CRMs, they have the option to upload CSVs — it makes it so easy.
I refer every partner manager I speak with to Crossbeam!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate with your CRM and how Crossbeam facilitates mutual customer mapping, so you don't need to go around sharing your entire customer list with every partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think if anything I dislike about the platform. The tool and Crossbeam team are amazing! Shout out to Julian and Dane!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use customer mapping as a large factor in determining which integrations to prioritize, so it's really helpful to get that information quickly and seamlessly.
Fantastic software that has a direct impact on growth
What do you like best about the product?
The data the software is able to surface is incredibly valuable, and it does it in a way that is visual and incredibly easy to take next steps on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was a mobile app so that we could use it more. With many days where mobile phones/tablets rule the world, having a native mobile app would be incredibly helpful and allow us to engage with Crossbeam more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you collaborate with partners, it can sometimes be overwhelming to talk about potential opportunities that exist in your mutual pipeline. Crossbeam solves this issue by integrating with CRMs (or via CSV upload) and surfacing the opportunities that exist -- all based on the criteria that you select.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam supports account mapping at scale. It makes it easy to create different populations of data, set data sharing rules, and generate different reports. Its features are very useful for analyzing data and collaborating with internal team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, there aren't too many issues. However, I had partners who struggled with the data sharing rules and it took them a few notifications before they figured out how to share their populations with us. Also, the overlaps can be a lot since some partners have so many different populations and their naming systems can be difficult to comprehend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of relying on spreadsheets, which can be messy and error prone, Crossbeam has really helped me streamline the account mapping process. I don't dread the process of doing cross-references for account mapping anymore since Crossbeam does that. It makes my job so much easier.
Diving deeper, the data from Crossbeam allows us to categorize and prioritize partnerships and partner initiatives. I'm able to take on many more account mapping exercises by leveraging Crossbeam. This results in many more partner conversations and projects.

Secure and reliable account mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Crossbeam connects securely and directly with our CRM. We are able to easily connect with our partner ecosystem that leverages the software as well to generate reports, analyzing account overlaps with up-to-date data. The Crossbeam Team is always available for assistance and is flexible to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Crossbeam had more features and dislike that you cannot save reports privately or easily search for other partners on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Crossbeam, we had to manually cross-reference account lists that were time-consuming, stale, and tedious. We're able to do that in minutes with Crossbeam and also utilize the CSV upload functionality for partners not on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The potential of the platform to help with our channel strategy. Channel sales is identified as a big opportunity for our quickly scaling startup, and Crossbeam has been invaluable in helping us define a strategy to target Enterprise accounts shared across partner organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a little clunky — the tool is going through some development, and I am excited to see where it is going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my leadership team understand the value of the Channel/Partner role. They're able to identify target accounts that they want to see within Deliverr's network. I've also learned that this is an effective way to get insight into partner orgs' CRMs without oversharing data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend Crossbeam to all partnerships professionals. I recommend partner managers speak with Julian on Crossbeam's team as he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam removes need for the spreadsheet gymnastics we all hate. AND unlike spreadsheet targeting, Crossbeam is always on finding us new places to co-sell.

More OOTB CRM integrations for non-salesforce partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out how to get reps working with reps when partners have different sales strategies, territories, etc, is complex. This helps us zero in and dramatically improves the velocity of field collaboration

If you go to market with partners, Crossbeam is a must

What do you like best about the product?
seamlessly shows your crossover accounts between partners in real time which is fantastic for partnership conversations. our Customer support rep Lauren is also very helpful and nice to work with.

honestly I have nothing bad to say yet, but it would be great to have more of our partners on here!

identifying accounts at specific stages which allows us to cross-sell and share information

Get in touch with someone on their team to help guide you through the platform, and the more folks you have on there, the more interesting it is to run reports and track against!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control what is shared with my partners and the circumstances under which such information is shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
One is that they still aren't connected to Hubspot.
I also dislike the barrier to entry - this tool requires significant cost and onboarding time before we're able to see the benefits of a new partner on the platform.
Additionally, there is ground to make on user-friendliness & ease of use specifically of the "reports" feature but getting better with each update!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information with partners in compliant and low-risk ways. We are able to share information with partners we otherwise would not be able to. Saved a lot of time of manual checking to determine what the overlaps are between our client base and a partner's, our prospects and a partner's existing customers, and other interesting overlaps.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Crossbeam is that you can see results quickly. The product has a direct positive impact on my team’s goal of driving pipeline. In 4 months, we closed 6-figures and developed an even larger pipeline as a direct result of leveraging Crossbeam.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t know the best way to use standard and custom populations at first. But Crossbeam’s customer success team has been amazing, and provides excellent support when I have questions around things like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does Crossbeam save us from the hassle of pulling data, but also it allows us to easily compare overlaps between us and our customers or partners. We know right away what accounts we should focus our efforts on, instead of muddling through a database of endless accounts. Driving revenue becomes so much easier.
