Fantastic software for deal acceleration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the upfront transparency that Crossbeam provides. No more poking around websites for mutual customers or doing ad-hoc verbal confirmations. Crossbeam allows us to understand how serious a potential partner is and to scope the opportunity out of the gate. It's allowed us to hone our focus to top priority prospects quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have trouble having potential partners trust Crossbeam as a third-party worthy of their customer list. Though, Crossbeam's ability to share overlap counts (w/o logos) has been helpful overcoming this. Also, I've noticed that a prospect's willingness to participate in the Crossbeam exercise is a good proxy for their interest in the partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is split in many potential directions, so Crossbeam has helped us hone in on the most important prospects. Crossbeam has enabled us to set a data-driven threshold for how many mutual clients we need to have with a partner prospect before moving too far in the relationship. This has allowed our reps to spend more time working higher value deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Crossbeam, I recommend considering how much time your team spends trying to qualify partnership deals based on mutual clients / prospects. Crossbeam effectively eliminates that time cost.
Accelerates partnership activity and momentum
What do you like best about the product?
It takes the guesswork out of prioritizing partners. We know who to focus on and how to size the opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to export the results via Excel. I know they are working on connecting into certain databases, which will be very welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to create a marketplace of data companies. Understanding our overlap helps us understand whether or not their data will be valuable. We use Crossbeam really early in the process so both parties know whether there will be ROI. It takes all of the guesswork out.
Love the Salesforce App/Integration!
What do you like best about the product?
The Sharework Salesforce app drastically changes the way we can collaborate with Sales by having all of the information on the account level in Salesforce. Having this insight allows me to actively enable the Sales Team and Customer Success Managers to increase wins and drive revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say at first, there was a configuration issue and a Salesforce connectivity issue, but Alex helped us through it. I've noticed that it's brining in a lot more accurate data now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's been about 30 influenced accounts combined among our Partners in just two months through Sharework. The ease of use of the platform and being able to surface that in a short matter of time has allowed us to get back to the team on short notice and let them know who we can connect them with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in the partnerships space, you need Sharework. Prior to Sharework it was hard to identify opportunities to win with our partners. Now, within an instant, I'm able to be proactive with those opportunities and figure out the low hanging fruit to get some deals across the line.
The Next Best Thing Since Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to see all of the partners in the account in one view - My Accounts. Our reps are looking at it and they are doing a different thinking in how they go after their territory now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having Sharework, I’d have to send a request to the partner asking who their rep was for the account, but now I can quickly see that real time. I can also know the other ten accounts that our reps share so that I can identify the accounts of most mutual interest.
Say goodbye to VLOOKUPs and out of date GSheets!
What do you like best about the product?
- Account mapping is simple to set up with lots of customisation of columns
- Easy to get an aggregated view of ALL partners across my prospects and customers
- Secure and safe, with lots of tight governance controls (e.g. account blacklisting)
- Regular updates on 'new accounts' which
- Nice recommendation engine suggesting other partners I should connect to
- 1st class support (the team, particularly Alex, are always quick to help!)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Filters are not persistent
- Some minor discrepancies in Account Mapping reports (normally down to how each partner manages their respective CRMs)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Focus: picking partners that are good strategic bets i.e. who have lots of crossover in mutual accounts, pipeline and prospects
- Time: saving 1-2hrs a week, at least, in terms of account mapping via VLOOKUPs
- Consistency: using Sharework as a single source of truth, and removing ancillary documents that partners use to do mapping

If you're looking for a solution that simply, and securely, account maps your prospects, customer and opportunities with your strategic partners in an incredibly bespoke fashion, then look no further than Sharework!
25% of our pipeline can be attributed to Crossbeam
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has simplified the partner identification process, our account mapping and streamlined how we work together. I have much more clarity about which prospects we should be targeting, and I know which partners to request warm intros from. As a result, we've sourced 25% of our new opportunities from partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm eager for more companies to get onto Crossbeam so we can explore new partnership opportunities, and move away from manual time-consuming processes, like spreadsheets and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping is so much more efficient in Crossbeam, as is identifying which partners are the best to work with based on the landscape. No more triple data entry and back-and-forth communications. We're regularly sending partners new opportunities and vice versa, and that's really helped us strengthen our relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, it will automate your processes and really benefit your business.
Invaluable account mapping solution to jump-start your partnerships!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to map your "overlapping" customers, to help qualify and identify immediate partnership & GTM opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. I appreciate the iterative UI improvements to their platform and their CX team is insanely responsive and helpful (shout out to Lauren)!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the initial ways we can easily prove out viability of partnership is to assess market alignment. Crossbeam is the only solution that I'm aware of that allows you to easily surface mutual customers (that has helped drive GTM initiatives), in addition to populations, such as "prospect to customer" in support of co-selling motion w/partners.
Partnerships is nothing without Crossbeam!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to easily identify overlaps with my partners and live directly inside of Salesforce. My team can even leverage Crossbeam's data without ever having to leave the tools theyre currently in!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Crossbeam. The team here is so amazing and helpful and is always open to feedback. They really come to their customers to get an understanding of what we want the product to look like and how they can build it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve the issues that most, if not all, partner teams and organizations deal with today- the roadblocks that come with account mapping and coselling and aligning closely with partners.
With Crossbeam we are able to vet out partners based on our current mutual customers, we are able to go to market and drive registrants to our comarketing events with their data and co sell and align on mutual opportunities or accounts to help one another accelerate deals.

A huge time saver for partner teams
What do you like best about the product?
It saves days and weeks when kicking off new partnerships. The UI took some getting used to, but is fairly intuitive and clean. The flexibility of being able to share only certain data with certain partners is key. My whole team can use it, without having to worry about stepping on each others toes or losing shared excel docs. The ability to have reps engage with the data is also interesting, but not something we currently take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still need the other party to be on Crossbeam. Certain orgs may have data privacy issues with connecting this into their CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identifying shared customers to focus on for integration development and improvements. Finding customer overlap across multiple product lines. We've been able to leapfrog our conversations with some early stage partners and ensure we're prioritizing resources with the right ones.
Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is intuitive and provides a seamless flow of information between your CRM and its application. By doing so, my opportunities can then be easily created and shared with partners, which saves a lot of time by not having to rely on Spreadsheets to do so. I love the fact that once there's a match between any partner and my opportunities, I can just create threads within Crossbeam and not have to send an email or a Slack message.
What do you dislike about the product?
How do these guys make money? Kind of bummed they give it out for free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who had mapped opportunities with partners before via Spreadsheets, it's always a hassle as you need the other party to provide the information manually when they have availability. With Crossbeam, this process is completely automated and updated in real-time. I can see when my partners' opportunities overlap with mine, which not only saves time but also provides a clear communication channel between our allies.
