What do you like best about the product?
Reveal grew organically within my company, eventually bringing multiple teams onboard (marketing, sales along with partnerships)
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a young company, lots of features and integrations to go, though the team has been extremely responsive to any requests etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge efficiency gains in terms of time to launch a partnership and ROI from a partnership

Reveal is changing the game for my partnerships team!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see customer overlap and prospects that we have that are actual customers of our partners. It's the best way to build the business case for who we should be working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tough part is that not all of our partners are on Reveal or some prefer to use other systems so that makes it tough to consolidate data into one place and really streamline reporting efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to identify data that is generally really hard to generate and is usually pretty manual to report on to make it easier for us to identify who we should be working with. It really helps us streamline our business resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Time is a precious resource for me and Reveal truly helps me claim back much-needed time.

Features I rate:
- Partnership Overviews to quickly check overlaps
- Instant and secure account mapping
- The 360 Mapping feature to see all the partners that are involved across my accounts
- The revenue multipliers are very useful to help me understand the impact of partners on our sales KPIs
- Salesforce App brings all of the valuable insights into our CRM
- Can easily define a high-level strategy based on the info that's given in Reveal
- Informs new partner potential
What do you dislike about the product?
Reveal highlighted a massive gap in our account overlaps to accounts integrated ratio. I dislike Reveal for creating a hell of a lot of work for me to do but I also love Reveal for highlighting there's a hell of a lot of work for me to do :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By freeing up time and giving me quick access to the easily digestible data I need, I can spend more of my workday analyzing our current operations and making informed strategic decisions.

I no longer have to refer to dodgy spreadsheets that are outdated as soon as they're shared.

Automated account mapping - what's not to like!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- This tool keeps getting more powerful with the more partners in there.

- Consider the Salesforce App. My sales reps are now empowered to bring up their own pipeline with the Reveal partner mapping on Salesforce, which speeds up the process and has taken a lot of upfront work off my plate. Additionally, it makes reporting that much easier as well.

Helping us make the right partnership moves

What do you like best about the product?
The primary value of the platform for me and my team is to help us assess partnership potential. The Overviews feature on Reveal gives easy no-fuss visibility into the account overlaps that we share with companies in our ecosystem.
In this way we can check if a partnership is going to be successful or not, right from the beginning. We combine this with other data points to be able to make a confident decision about new partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd ideally like to restrict the permissions of my team members on Reveal so that they see only the partners that they manage. There's no need for every team member to see every partner especially if they happen to be competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to qualifying new partners, Reveal has also helped us land a strategic partner we had wanted to approach by showing them data points from the platform - this was one of the key things that led them to continue the conversation with us, and to sign the partnership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's free to sign up so might as well start trying it. And when the time is right there is also the paid plan to bring the data into your CRM.

Crossbeam is one of those tools that's going to be more & more relevant

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Crossbeam's ease of access & UI which is clean and uncluttered. It's one of the best ways to share partner data, without compliance issues or sharing too much. You can see mutual clients, opportunities, and where you can get an intro from a partner and where they can get one from you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a bit of a learning curve to Crossbeam and that it could be more intuitive. The future of a lot of SaaS companies is partnerships, co-selling, and account mapping but I think for a lot it still feels a bit foreign and somewhat out of reach. I think Reveal has a better UI/UX for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam does an excellent job of promoting eBooks & webinars on Partnership activities and account mapping. They clearly want to be experts in the space and their marketing team is phenomenal. We've been able to track current mutual opportunities to co-sell with our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to connect with partners on the platform. You can identify your prospects that are your partners customers (& vice versa) to identify potential referrals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading to Salesforce was confusing. Also, your CRM must be up to date so it is not pulling old customers. I also wish the list it generates would hyperlink the customer & the link goes back to their account in your CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are becoming more strategic with partner referrals. We have always just waited around for someone to ask for a service our partners provide. Now we can identify prospects on both ends to talk about if they need those services & would like to be introed to a preferred partner. I have realized we can be more strategic vs waiting around for potential opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to activate partnerships & do something different than hosting a webinar together.

Crossbeam is a legit game changer in the Alliances/Partner World!

What do you like best about the product?
- No strings attached FREE solution with a ton of features (there is a paid upgrade that you can choose if you want two way data)
- No more disparate excel sheets
- Instant account mapping
- Safe/secure environment for sharing data
- At a glance view of all of your accounts/opportunities + which of your partners are also engaged with that account (and at what stage)
- Easy report builder
- Automatic updates on accounts that you share with your partners (sales stage, etc.)
- List goes on
- Incredible Sales/CSM team. Very knowledgeable and accessible! (Thanks Gdaly + Jessica)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that not ALL of my partners have adopted Crossbeam yet. I am looking forward to getting that to as close to 100% as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sourcing new opportunities
- Helping align my BDR, Sales, and CSM teams with my partners within specific accounts
- Scoring my partners based on number of shared customers, which helps me understand which partners are aligned fully with our organization and which ones have completely different customer targets
- Interactively keeping track of identified target accounts for myself and a particular partner. Engaging within the platform using the "Threads" feature to ensure no action items are being overlooked

Take Control of Your Account Mapping!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and support are absolutely insane how squared away Crossbeam is. They are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and work together as a team to help meet your needs or solve questions in a timely manner. This is one of the reasons that I tell my partners to use them. I say "their support and wiki sites are are all at levels we should aspire to be, you're in great hands"

Also, being able to identify a real Total Addressable Market before diving long into a partnership has proven invaluable to our partners, but also for gaining internal support as well. Oh, and the ability to account map! This is a dream solution.

In addition, the knowledge content on how to build, manage, run, and utilize the data that is at your fingertips is incredible. VERY well thought out thought leadership and content pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a little lost in the stack of different reports. Though I have a pretty strong feeling that is user error on my end and can organize those better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are solving with Crossbeam are that we can understand the Total Addressable Market when starting a partnership so we know which and how many resources to throw at it. In addition, being able to get our partner teams collaborating sooner on opps has been a complete game changer. Also, being able to pull a report on Q4 Closing opps, and tell our AEs, Go work with these partners to close that business together with our partners.

Leverage their support with any questions you may have and take the time to read their thought leadership content and or attend the webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal helps us point our sales and CS teams in the right direction to win deals and satisfy customers with partners, by mapping accounts, prospects and opportunities. This takes the guesswork out of the equation while saving a ton of time and risk compared to using spreadsheets.

We enjoy:

- Intuitive tech
- Easy integrations with Salesforce and Slack
- Excellent customer support
- Partner onboarding is a breeze
- Regular addition of relevant features
- Great people to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited aggregated higher level management information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reveal helps us identify:

- Mutual customers > Relevant for integration launches, case studies and references
- Opportunities with our partners’ customers > Leveraging partners to help us
- Our partners' opportunities with our customers > Helping our partners
- Mutual opportunities > Working together with partners to gain a competitive advantage
- Which of our prospects work with our partners > Creating a warm entry channel

This is helping us drive more pipe, win more deals and create more stickiness with our customers.

The ROI of Reveal, like any tool, will be determined by how:

- much the tool is being used
- well the tool is being used
- using the tool is embedded in your GTM process
- the above are enabled & enforced

What do you like best about the product?
Makes account mapping and partnership evaluation so much more efficient and effective. Integrates with CRM so updates populations in real-time, making partner account mapping reliable as you scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if we could invite partners directly or even have a greater view of other partners on the platform. Right now you can't explore new partners on the platform; you aren't able to see what companies use Crossbeam except those who you've worked with directly to identify account population overlaps. Other than that, which isn't really a "dislike" but more of a feature recommendation, we haven't had any issues with Crossbeam.
