The best thing to happen to partnerships EVER
What do you like best about the product?
The basic concept itself is amazing but not new; how easy Crossbeam made it so people can share and action the data is fantastic. The amazing content produced for the community is just as valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data matching between partners still needs work, normal data issues of companies naming things differently (Inc vs Corp in each partner's dataset). Sub-orgs are not treated the same by every partner, etc. All of this leads to a reduction in overlap accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is allowing us to automate the identification of partner overlap to help create meaningful conversations on how we can work together. Second, it is giving us data to identify new markets and patterns of repeatability

What do you like best about the product?
That we can share different data points without giving access to our system. That helps our team avoid having to run through Trust and Security about giving partnership accounts in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the platform but there is a sync timing issue. It can take up to 6 hours to sync CRM fields to Crossbeam and that is longer than what we are used to. It doesn't always take that long but it does take hours at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing with partners and being able to control the different filters has been a good benefit for us. We are still ramping up but have been enjoying seeing the accounts and opportunities overlay with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can use Crossbeam to assess the potential value of a prospective partnership and action on new partnerships with regards to mutual customers or mutual prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are dependent on connections and plan upgrades, but not unexpected or an issue. Just something to consider and know early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The black box of mutual customers, prospects, open opportunities, and providing a foundation for strategic and highly valuable account mapping for both sides of a partnership.
Great for getting reliable customer information from partners
What do you like best about the product?
Well organized to identify who mutual clients and prospects are. It really helped us with our ABM strategy and CRM hygiene.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's dependent on if your partner actually uses it. We have 5-6 primary integration partners and only 2 use Crossbeam. We've gained a lot from the 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping enhance partnership and facilitate deals between integration partners. This has helped us be more strategic and in turn more successful in our marketing and sales approach.
Having Crossbeam is a no brainer!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! I can see customer/prospect cross over instantly.

Some of our partners use CRMs that are not compatible e.g. Zoho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Crossbeam not only with existing partners but also to encourage new partners to come onto our Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is easy to set up with salesforce data.
You can invite your partners to share their data in the platform.
You can easily view overlapping customers, open opps, and prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version used to have more functionality that was helpful such as downloading reports, and that is no longer available. I had promised a partner that I could do some account mapping for them just to find out the feature was no longer available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam promotes transparency for account mapping with our partners. Without crossbeam we would do manual spreadsheet sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has allowed me to easily collaborate with partners on target accounts. Instead of manually updating spreadsheets, Crossbeam stays consistently updated via the Salesforce integration to pull the most accurate information possible, saving everyone time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Crossbeam is that not all of your partners will be on Crossbeam. This means that instead of relying on one system (Crossbeam), you'll still have to use manual processes for other partners and remember when to switch systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam has eliminated the need for us to bug partners about updating account mapping documents. These processes are key to unlocking business opportunities, so eliminating constant reminders and inaccurate information has been very helpful.
Crossbeam is a MUST for Partnerships!
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam helps me go into conversations with my partners equipped with already understanding where we have overlaps - where can I help them, where can they help us? It's such a time-saver, no more account mapping with spreadsheets, territories and wasting everyone's time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't really dislike anything about it, it has been so great to use! I've got a customer success rep, Jake, who I work with if I ever need assistance or want to expand my learning in the platform, he's awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves the problem of "hey is this a customer of yours?" "Which of my partners can help me get into XYZ account?" "Which rep at my partner account covers this account?".

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes tricky to navigate / onboard new partners who have never used it before. Also I WISH it had whitespace sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping is usually a long and arduous process involving spreadsheets. Crossbeam removes that entirely, by syncing with my CRM.
One of those products that you see insane value with in 30 seconds
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get up and running, and because a partner invited me, I had value out of it within seconds of signing up and connecting Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside is that some partners have internal procurement processes and are not able to use it right away. This means that for SOME partners, we use Crossbeam, and for some others, we need to do things the old fashioned way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our go-to-market strategy heavily revolves around joint sales, and Crossbeam helps us instantly figure out hot spots in the market that we can tackle with certain partners. The Slack integration is excellent, and we have it in our external partner channels to spur discussion between our partners and us.
