Crossbeam is a MUST for Partnerships!
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam helps me go into conversations with my partners equipped with already understanding where we have overlaps - where can I help them, where can they help us? It's such a time-saver, no more account mapping with spreadsheets, territories and wasting everyone's time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't really dislike anything about it, it has been so great to use! I've got a customer success rep, Jake, who I work with if I ever need assistance or want to expand my learning in the platform, he's awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves the problem of "hey is this a customer of yours?" "Which of my partners can help me get into XYZ account?" "Which rep at my partner account covers this account?".

Overlap matrix of Hubspot stages to work out mutual opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes tricky to navigate / onboard new partners who have never used it before. Also I WISH it had whitespace sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping is usually a long and arduous process involving spreadsheets. Crossbeam removes that entirely, by syncing with my CRM.

Couldn't fina any, to be honest...........

Helping me find other partners within accounts so I can build a good combined offering for my customers

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of connection and simplicity to see revenue potential with new and existing partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much to complain about.

Many! The main one is helping with prioritizing which partners/integrations should get resource attention.

Account mapping and SFDC integration for quick and easy access for our internal sales teams and external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automated filters to populate partner views based on pre-defined triggers or tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account planning and quick views of overlap to assess partnership potential early on.
You cannot do Partnerships in an efficient and impactful without Reveal !
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, amazing UI (they really nailed the usability), great way to build your pipeline into reveal as opposed to have to export to Excel, and an amazing team to support proactively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, they are already proactive and willing to take requests for new features to their product team.

More efficient account mapping, help to prioritise accounts, can quicky see what other partners overlap with a given org to that I can be more strategic
It's true. Who shares wins. Near-bound is the way forward.
What do you like best about the product?
The service from the team is excellent, the product is outstanding and can really help drive near-bound sales. I'm hoping it'll become our most effective channel in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike. In an ideal world, I'd like more connected sources to connect and maintain data accuracy and data synch but actually, it's pretty amazing and very easy to update a data file for upload if you're not on Hubspot or Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to see where we're winning,your partners are winning and can improve the data you hold on prospects as well as clients. We have opportunities with partners we can investigate better and it improves focus for conversations with partners.

The product gets the job done and is very simple to use. The team is also very supportive and helpful throughout the full process.

Not applicable - haven't run into any issues.

Essential tool to really make account mapping automated and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
The direct connection with our CRM (Hubspot) makes it so easy to have updated info and the directory is super useful to get access to the right partners in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No actual downside, the main issue is that it became so useful we are now the impression of losing time with partners not using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering it's a free tool, it really skyrockets our ability to get values from our partners, especially efficient pipeline sharing and access to the right intel
Must have tool for partnership teams to create more partner business
What do you like best about the product?
It is an essential tool to create more business with key partners. And the bigger each organization, the more likely you will need Reveal. The tool helps you to quickly identify which live opps you share with key partners, so you can work together as often as possible. This would be very tedious to achieve if only using spreadsheets. It also allows you to find net new business by seeing which partner can introduce you to an account your organization you don't have a footprint in.

No complaints so far, its a user-friendly platform.
