What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the layout is clean and simple. I can easily connect with known and unknown partners alike so that I can easily grow my partnership network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have insights into the crossover between my organization and those of my partners or potential partners if a formal relationship is not in place.

Great technology, a must have for strategic partnerships

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing accelerant for expanding partnerships and creating value once you have the process and shared value unlocked. It helped save me headcount due to how painful our previous process was account mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is expensive and it's difficult to navigate the internal security conversations with IT and Operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time when it comes to account mapping and identifying account owners at partners

What do you like best about the product?
The platforms data sharing, mapping and account information, ease of use, helpful team and great content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored the full capacity of Crossbeam, at this stage I do not have anything I dislike about the platform, there are still many things to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of account mapping large sets of data, Crossbeam provides visibility of any overlaps and great insights.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool for North American companies using overlap partner CRM insights to determine who to prospect, what messaging to use (leveraging partnership/integration messaging), or even to identify co-selling opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the current moment. Still exploring all the benefits of the tool and how to leverage it best internally and externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Crossbeam for a number of purposes - mostly around partner ecosystem management and value measurement of partnerships (that we have access to data and overlaps). We also leverage for sales intelligence and co-selling motions.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using their software to cross-reference partner client databases with ours. They make it so incredibly easy to do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is very easy to use and super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing my organization to form more and more intelligent partnerships with complimentary software companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is excited about using crossbeam around partner influence. The implementation was very seamless, and the tool overall is impressive. Enabling the sales team was also easy, thanks to the fantastic product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love everything about Crossbeam; one con is the dupes in the crossbeam on the crossbeam object. The team mentioned they are working on this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving partner team more access to other partner data. Enabling GTM teams to use partner teams to assist deal and growing all partnerships.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is easy to navigate and identify information that is helpful to my business needs. Great platform easy to understand.

I have no complaints about crossbeam adding data or updating information is a breeze.

Multi updating information versus singlaur updates. Makes transiting data easy to be added or changed

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam offers so many tools that we wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. We rely on the data and insights we can gain through the platform to do our job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took our team a little while to come up to speed with the platform and ayatem, but after that, it was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights within our industry, connection to new markets and a deeper understanding of our partner's and how they interact in the marker

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal has features that save me time! Their marketplace allows me to see if a partnership makes sense just off the overlap %. That tells me if I should reach out or if the potential partner has reached out, does a convo makes sense. This has saved me 10+ 30 minute calls. I also use this info for hunting for new partnerships. In addition, I think the way Reveal prices makes them a more attractive solution than their closest competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can add here is I like the way they do their filtering/reporting, but if you are used to making reports, it doesn't look like Reveal does that. Yet the way they do their "reports" is by simply leveraging filtering in the 360 Mapping. Which I love, but it wasn't made clear to me initially and required a call with my rep to walk me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Reveal fulling integrated into our Salesforce instance. This has given me the ability to get Reveal in front of our AE, SDR, BDR & CX teams faster & way more efficiently. I've done trainings with every team that will touch Reveal on how to leverage it to drive sales & renewals. In addition, our teams use the info to reach out to the partner to discuss the account. I call it "co-intel" vs. "co-selling". Our sales team is able to connect with the partner's CSM team to find out things like, who is the decision maker, what was their buying process and anything else that might be useful in the sales cycle. Reveal has shortened the gap in our sales cycle, increased conversion and increased our probability of making a sale.
