Exercises are done in a browser-based sandbox. This makes it easy to start, but doesn’t fully replicate real-world coding environments, which can limit practical skill transfer

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Short videos are followed immediately by exercises so that I can practice each concept. Tracks include real-world projects that helped me build portfolio pieces and see end-to-end workflows. Short lessons help with the frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many exercises are structured as short fill‑in‑the‑blank snippets. I didn't practice writing complete scripts. It makes it harder to develop deeper problem‑solving skills.

The teaching is clear and easy to understand. The exercises are helpful and support progress toward a higher level.

The duration allotted for the exams should be extended, and there should also be an option to review previous answers before submitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me grasp topics in a very straightforward way. If I had discovered it earlier in my academic journey, I believe my progress would have been much greater. Additionally, the learning costs are reasonable, and the certificate provided is valuable for both beginners and anyone interested in the subject. The leaderboard feature also motivates me to keep learning and pursue more knowledge.

I find that there is a lot of publicity and information on DataCamp, which can be overwhelming. This abundance sometimes makes it difficult to choose the right course. It would be beneficial to have more channels in the menu bar to help streamline the process.

I would highly recommend this platform to analysts and data enthusiasts of all levels. There are also helpful features for reviewing and reinforcing your learning, so you can retain your knowledge and stay sharp. I don't find that the platform is needing anything, just keep the courses up-to-date to meet the trends for every tool and theory courses as well.

DataCamp has a good variety of courses that are easy to digest. They offer small practice sessions that let you pop in and refresh your memeory or keep it sharp. The company leaderboard lets those who are concerned know where they stand in the rankings but is also helpful for finding other folks to chat with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gaining XP doesn't seem to do anything. I could be a 4th level Python wizard or a datamancer but instead, I just have XP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many staff who have no background knowledge of data analysis. DataCamp allows us to raise the level of base knowledge within the company, allowing more users to extract meaningful insight from our data.
Great Course Variety and Flexibility, But Subscription Issues Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of topics available on DataCamp, as well as the flexibility it offers to learn at my own pace and fit training into my free time. I have found many courses that match my interests, especially those related to Data and AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the price, I bought a year-long subscription to DataCamp, but soon after, my company provided me with free access. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to cancel my original subscription. I still plan to try and resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp offers a variety of learning tools, including webinars. I also appreciate the email communication, which keeps me informed about the latest courses. Since it is available through my company, I enjoy following the learning tracks that have been set up for us. In the future, I hope to complete some certifications.
