Best in class training tool for analytics team
What do you like best about the product?
The training libraries of different courses on the open source languages (Python, R, etc.) that we use in our code stack. This is a much better tool than other learning alternatives that I've evaltuated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin management portal is a bit clunky. It can be hard for me to see who has accessed the tools or the results of certain diagnostic exams without having to do a lot of clicking around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training up my new talent that is fresh out of school and helping my senior team members keep their coding skills sharp.
The go-to platform if you want to upskill in parallel with you full-time career
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that courses are not too long and each lesson is divided into smaller lessons, each providing an essential piece of knowledge followed by a practical exercise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lessons only touch the surface of a subject, and the knowledge feels very general without much depth to it. Also sometimes, some really important concepts are touched upon very quickly without the necessary emphasis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp solves the problem of not having enough time to go through complex and long training in order to upskill. Datacamp, by having a granular course structure, I can put in 10 minutes and complete two small lessons or one hour and finish a whole chapter.
Python programming
What do you like best about the product?
Learn new knowledge for the new job. Keep up to date in new technology in robotics, machine learning, and deep learning in diverse areas for the career move. Lastly, it is for lifelong learning purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The explanation is still not clear for some aspects of the coding, which were not shown earlier during the practice. Python is very case sensitive, which takes a longer time for trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Practice more exercises to build up self-confidence for the job interview, and explain more about the coding.
one of the best edtech platforms

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping people to develop and strengthen their skills, in the best possible way
Would recommend to data analytics and technology learners and practitioners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface the best, compared with the competitor products. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. I also like the assessments, case studies, and anything that's more interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all data sets used in exercise classes are applicable to my field, and I think the platform would benefit from adding a variety of datasets for people in different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp is helping my organization fill a gap in providing our people with training in areas where we don't have internally developed training yet. It is benefiting me in helping me bridge this gap while my organization works on creating additional internal training.
Amazing platform and content for learning
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp provides real-time learning, practice, and feedback for beginners in critical coding languages to help further your data career. It has helped me learn both SQL and Python from the ground up enabling me to complete my tasks faster and with more accuracy than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have currently found no downsides to this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp is allowing me and my team the ability to provide our clients with deeper insights by teaching us advanced analytical skills that we can use in the real world everyday.

What do you dislike about the product?
Add posibilities to update users via csv files, customized report, amog others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Re skilling and Up skilling
Good for Learning at all Levels
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is self-paced with plenty of opportunity to catch up if you fall behind or move ahead if you're breezing through. Other options are slightly more expensive with no additional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the lessons range from over-simplified to a little cryptic. It's hard gauging the audience for every lesson, but there's some lack of consistency. A possible solution would be to have a more technical track and one that is more for those not in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the only R user in my organization. I use DataCamp to bring my team up to speed so that they can review my code and keep me accountable during projects. I also appreciate the ability to assign them modules and monitor progress.
Great tool to take courses in data science
What do you like best about the product?
Classes are structured in a way that really helps listeners understand subjects from theory to practice. Allow users to learn on their own pace and keep track of progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it more if the app allows offline learning that is similar to the onine experience, so users can spend time on it even when they are commuting or without internet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me and my team the opportunity to take courses in areas we are interested in/want to improve on, at a reasonable cost. It's not something you need to spend a lot of time on, but you can see your progress. Continuous learning benefits us the most.
A great way to start learning new skills
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are broken down into manageable chunks, easy to complete at your own pace even if you don't have time for extended learning sessions.
I also like the way that the content is curated in skill and career 'tracks' making it easy to find relevant content and answer the 'what next' question.
Assessments provide a more rigorous alternative to the in-module exercises, so you will know you understand it once you've finished.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the in-module exercises fail to present a challenge. Answers are sometimes given away in the question meaning that it's possible to answer without necessarily understanding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datacamp enables us to deliver consistent training in new technical skills to a large user base that it would be impossible to provision formal in-house training for.
