It is great platform for training
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp is excellent in terms of training. I initially tried it myself and then purchased the licences for the team.
Having a remote PC, practising what we learned, and seeing the results are fantastic! It helps my team, and I train at our own pace and understand it better.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's all great; however some of the course structures might be slightly different. For example, data cleaning on Power BI comes after creating some dashboards and I believe we need to know how to get accurate data first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Power BI and SQL - it helps my team to understand the concepts without my guidence. The team's productivity is up and the leaderboard keeps everyone on board to learn.
Affordable solution with good administration tools excellent content paths

Great for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does data Camp give you hands-on practice with various data related things (ML/AI/BI tools ect...) but it also explains when an why you would want to use these things when doing analytics/data science.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike this, but data camp is really best for when you are just getting started with something. If you have already done a regression and are looking to improve your skills, data camp isn't the right place for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Camp is helping my organization learn BI Tools, basic coding such as SQL as well as advanced coding with Python. We have learned how to implement various methods of ML and AI.
Daily hands-on coding exercises
What do you like best about the product?
Data Camp offers comprehensive courses where anyone can learn through hands-on coding exercises. The platform helps build up the habit of learning new things every day. Due to more time at home in the pandemic, I was able to brush up my SQL and Python skills

DataCamp is a great platform that encourages learning
What do you like best about the product?
The video options and difficulty levels of the exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes topics get repetitive or they don't focus on deep understanding of the material. I work for a non-profit and there's not really anything tailored to non-profit analytics/use cases

Overcoming technical boundaries and increasing my team's skillsets

Experience from an Admin role
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. When I am looking for information as requested by instructors, most of the time I find it easily. Also I really like the toggle for 'Allow Public Profiles' that provide learners the autonomy to choose to make their profiles to be public, whereas there is another platform that our organisation use that doesn't allow that to happen.
I wish as admin we get the license without additional cost to our organisation, as sometimes we do get asked to troubleshoot content-related stuff. Another external platform that our organisation uses provide Admin access to their content for free.
I have a learner providing feedback that their in-browser script window freezes and also doesn't take the input correctly when the learner tries to clear it. It replaces her input with another word.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only negative experience so far I had was the invitations sent out on our first day of launch, were not reaching the learners immediately. It was quite a stressful moment considering it is our first cohort. The support team also takes time to get back to us with the time differences - us being in Australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see that the reporting features are very easy to navigate around, considering this is the first time I am using the platform, with no tech background. Whenever I get asked for information, it doesn't take long for me to find it, so it assists me to be productive. Honestly, I am still very new to the platform so I am still not aware of the many features that are available. Thank you.
Self Explanatory & Logical
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout of Datacamp. Getting an introduction and then diving into the subject is systematic and logical. It reminds me a lot of how college courses are taught today. You can review videos and text to learn several principles/ concepts and are then quizzed on those items. The list of subjects has also made me curious to know about other things I've not yet explored.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails I get are targeted toward someone else in my organization, where Datacamp emails address me as though I'm in a different department with a different title. Additionally, I don't like how I have not had time to explore more (juggling with other projects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me learn more about a subject/ subjects that I don't know very much about. It's taking a course as I would have in college, but is something I can now do during part of my work time.
