I started the courses to understand a little bit more about data science
What do you like best about the product?
The short videos of each section makes the hard topics easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
The web and the mobile app it is not the best part to keep learning everywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning a little bit about Data Sciene because I want to make better research as Product Designer
Very cool website that works in a very didactic way
What do you like best about the product?
I love the questions/tests right after each block of class, giving you more context on what you just learned and also helping you memorize everything you've seen so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel like the website is a bit polluted with a lot of information on the dashboard/main screen. Besides that, I like the design and how the website is well connected in between pages / areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me learn new tasks and acquire new knowledge about AI, Data, programming and so on. It has helped me to develop some of my skills and learn new ones.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos, clear and concise and you don't need the software to use the training as everything is already embedded in the DataCamp website, truly an excellent resource.

Some of the questions aren't clearly explained

Introducing SQL to the company I work for and giving everyone a solid grounding in learning the language

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track our team's professional development efforts. Courses are regularly added that align with emerging technologies and trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the lack of monthly billing vs. upfront annual costs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a resource we are using to effectively manage our development teams professional development. This allows our team to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies
Duolingo for Coding Languages - Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Only 1 month in, but our adoption of the pilot program has been incredible and citizen data analysts from all over the company are asking for the same "cool training website" that our central analytics team has been using. Team members (myself included) are finding the various training courses and tracks to be extremely effective. The in-browser training with short <5 minute videos is much more effective than long 30 minute YouTube videos with downloadable content. The gamification and leaderboard has become an effective "friendly competition" tool to encourage everyone to keep visiting the site.
At this point, I think we will maintain our licenses until we exhaust literally all of the content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides observed thus far. However, being able to make recommendations through a Teams license, without needing to have "Assignments" would be a valuable feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inconsistent level of knowledge across various coding languages. No easy method of learning for analysts at different points in their career to learn new languages or enhance their current skill sets.
Very smooth. No real hiccups in set up aside from Okta integration
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of data camps for me is the assessments. At this stage, I'm quite far along in my education in some of the tracks so it's good to know where i sit relative to others (and my team).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as yet - okta integration didn't work as smoothly as i expected. Naming issues and such. Otherwise, really enjoying data camp.

Our business has a long journey ahead of it in the data literacy space and datacamp is helping us move towards out goials in that area

It is slightly expensive, so at times cheaper (free) alternatives seem enticing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuing education and keeping business users up to date
it is really great and enjoyable way to learn working with data. It is easy, it motivates you.

the chapter-course-track system, videos and the AI helping on PC

I miss function/code used in a video by a teacher in the exercise, and that it is required to know SQL for certification

it teaches working with data. I learn R and Python. It is awesome for my data science university
Most user-friendly interface and suitable for any beginners to pick up data science!
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is extremely user-friendly and the bite sized assessments allow easy digestion of concepts and retention of knowledge. The course materials are up to date, easy to understand and succinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have courses not relating to Data Science but that is the niche area for Data Camp. There can be the removal of some assessments for certain lesson videos if it is not that important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows myself and my team members to pick up data science concepts eg Python and Power BI. The lesson videos on LLM is very helpful for me to understand fundamental concepts relating to the concepts relating to Chat-GPT.

DataCamp is a great tool, not only for budding data analysts but for anyone who wishes to interact with data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to be able to use virtual environments to code, without the need to download multiple software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to upskill our org in data literacy.
