Elevates Learning While Saving Time
What do you like best about the product?
I use DataCamp to improve my knowledge and raise my bar. It helps me save the time it would take to attend offline courses. I like the interaction on DataCamp, even though I am still learning and listening to topics, and I appreciate how simple it was to set up. Also, we switched from LinkedIn Learning to DataCamp because it focuses on the future, AI, and data learning, which are essential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how moving to the next question isn't seamless. It takes time because I need to submit the answer first before going to the next question.

I use DataCamp to save time by avoiding offline courses.
DataCamp Makes It Easy to Go from Zero to One in New ML Techniques
What do you like best about the product?
DataCamp covers a broad range of techniques related to data science, deep learning, software engineering, data engineering, MLOps, and AI/LLM. It also provides a variety of different learning formats, such as real-world projects and hands-on practice.
As an ML architect, my work spans a wide range of tasks, from predictive model development and deployment to our production ML infrastructure. I need to choose the right tech stack, integrate techniques, demo the technique and platform, and educate the team. DataCamp is a very good platform for quickly picking up a new technique from zero to one, and it helps me complete prototypes within a reasonable timeframe. The interactive practice lets me not only learn the theory, but also connect the code to the concepts quickly, so I can apply the technique efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any specific dislikes about DataCamp. Learning and applying a new technology is really a combination of different experiences at different stages. I use DataCamp as a good way to start learning something new, and then I further polish and improve my skills through real-world projects at work. I also find that reading books on popular techniques is critical for building a deeper understanding. Once you establish the backbone of a technique, you can enrich your experience and refine your solutions and understanding by reading technical posts as well. Overall, it’s a multi-step process, and I think DataCamp serves its role in that process pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using DataCamp two years ago, and it has helped me polish and improve many techniques through detailed explanations and hands-on practice. I began with very basic topics such as data manipulation in pandas, then moved on to classic machine learning with sklearn, deep learning with pytorch for computer vision, and also areas like LLM, RL, and NLP. Along the way, I strengthened my Python software engineering skills as well, including packaging and pytest, and improved my data engineering skills such as spark, airflow, etc.
It has also helped me transfer what I learned so I can educate my team more effectively.

Videos Plus Exercises That Cement Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we watch videos and then do exercises to reinforce the theory we’ve just learned. I also enjoy the XP and daily streak system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not clear to me how to access the certification exams. It seems like you need to earn points before you can take them, but the process isn’t explained very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to explore some new areas for my career, and I’ve learned a lot from it. It helped me understand these fields better and gave me a clearer sense of direction.
Easy to Navigate, Smooth Learning with Clear Exercises and Tests
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to access the platform and find what I really need. Once I choose the course or training, everything goes smoothly. It clearly explains what I’m learning and what I’m doing, with exercises and small tests included throughout the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there’s nothing I dislike. DataCamp is well made, and I can’t think of anything negative to point out right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It teaches me how to use the new AI tools we’re seeing in the world correctly, and how I can take the most advantage of them.
Hands-On Learning with Real-World Applications
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use DataCamp to sharpen my data skills in a structured and practical way. It’s especially helpful for hands-on learning — instead of just watching videos, I actually write code while learning, which makes concepts stick better. I’ve used it for improving my Python and SQL skills, brushing up on data visualization, and understanding topics like machine learning and statistics in a simple, step-by-step format. The bite-sized lessons are great when I don’t have long hours to study but still want to stay consistent. What I like most is that it feels practical and career-focused. The projects and skill tracks make it easy to connect learning with real-world use cases. The biggest plus for me is the hands-on learning approach. You’re not just watching videos — you’re actually coding from the first lesson. That instant practice makes a huge difference in understanding and retention. I also really like the clear learning paths. Instead of randomly jumping between topics, I can follow a proper track (like Python, SQL, or Data Analyst path) and feel confident that I’m progressing logically. Another thing I appreciate is the short, bite-sized lessons. As a working professional, I don’t always get long study hours. The small modules make it easy to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it feels career-focused, practical, and beginner-friendly — which is exactly what I need while upgrading my data skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exercises sometimes feel too guided, making me feel like I'm just filling in blanks rather than solving problems independently. I would appreciate more fully open-ended challenges to deepen learning. The real-world project depth could be improved; I would love to see more complex, end-to-end case studies that mimic actual business scenarios, especially in analytics and reporting. Since everything runs in their browser environment, I miss practicing in a real local setup like working in VS Code or handling messy data from scratch. Pricing can feel slightly on the higher side compared to some alternatives, especially for learners who are just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp gives me structured learning paths, minimizes passive learning, and offers hands-on coding directly on the platform. It keeps learning consistent with short lessons and bridges theory with practice, making it a career-focused and practical tool for upgrading data skills.
User-Friendly Learning Platform for Data Science and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DataCamp takes you almost by hand, going step by step like Duolingo. So far, I've liked everything, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The career tracks vs skill tracks are confusing, and I don't understand very well the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp helps me learn about data science and AI, particularly how to use R and Copilot. I like that it guides you step by step like Duolingo.
Boost Growth with Practical and Structured Learning
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about DataCamp is that it combines practical learning, clear structure, and updated content, which makes improving as a data analyst much more seamless and motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
More advanced and specialized content (query optimization, data architecture, real business cases). More open projects where one can define the approach, not just follow instructions. Smarter recommendations based on my actual progress. Greater variety of datasets and contexts (finance, health, retail, logistics, etc.). Overall, DataCamp works very well for learning and practicing, but it could improve by offering more depth, variety, and autonomy for those who already have a solid foundation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataCamp solves my need to learn, practice, and continuously improve as a data analyst and in SQL, offering theory, practice, and real projects.
