    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Acumatica is easy to use, cloud-based, and lets me manage accounting, inventory, and reports in one place. It also makes it easy to access data from anywhere.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some features take time to learn, and the system can be a bit slow when working with large amounts of data.

    Acumatica helps manage accounting, inventory, and business operations in one system. It saves time, keeps data organized, and makes daily work more efficient.

    User-Friendly All-in-One ERP

    What do you like best about the product?
    It’s very user-friendly and requires minimal training. It’s an all-in-one ERP.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I haven’t noticed any issues yet in the current version. That said, I’d say the AI assistant still isn’t as refined as we’d like it to be. Also , new versions do not become available to all regions as a default.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We wanted to create a single source of truth, and Acumatica has helped us achieve exactly that. It has also minimised the need for printing and filing, since any additional documents can simply be attached in the system where everyone can access and view them.

    Ease of use and maintenance. Good fit for our organization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Forced to upgrade with added cost if on an old release, and relatively short release cycle before release retirement date. Customizations cannot be isolated on a separate tenant.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the flexibility it offers, which makes it easy to tailor to our specific business needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far, I don’t have any immediate complaints about Acumatica.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I like the new AI and ad hoc reporting features. Instead of trying to force everything into an “out-of-the-box” ERP, it’s great to have the flexibility to look up different information as needed, without having to create a new generic inquiry every time.

    Some difficult with the data tables and understanding where certain items are in the data tables.

    We have become more efficient as we are not doing double entry of subcontractor invoices as we download them from another software where the sub is entering their invoice and is approved.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Acumatica is how flexible it is and how it gives us a single place to manage our business operations. Instead of working across multiple systems, we can manage financials, inventory, purchasing, and reporting from one platform, which has made our day-to-day work much more efficient.

    The real-time dashboards and reporting give us better visibility into the business, helping us make faster, more informed decisions. The system performs reliably even as our data and processes have grown, and the interface is intuitive enough that new users can get comfortable with it quickly.

    Another big advantage is how customizable Acumatica is and how well it integrates with other business applications. The automation features have reduced repetitive work, and the AI capabilities continue to add value as they evolve. From an ROI perspective, we’ve seen meaningful time savings and improved productivity across multiple teams. On top of that, our implementation and onboarding experience was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Acumatica. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I would say that some parts of the user interface could be more modern and consistent, especially for users who are new to the platform. While it’s highly customizable, that flexibility can also make the initial setup and learning curve a bit challenging.

    Some advanced integrations require additional configuration or partner support, so making those easier to implement out of the box would be a great improvement. I’d also like to see the AI capabilities continue to expand with more built-in recommendations and automation across different modules.

    That said, these are relatively minor points. Acumatica performs reliably, the value it delivers more than justifies the investment, and we’ve had a positive experience with both onboarding and ongoing support.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Acumatica has helped us centralize our financial and operational processes, which is especially valuable when managing multiple construction and development projects at the same time. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or disconnected systems, we have better visibility into project costs, budgets, purchasing, and financial performance in real time.

    Having accurate, up-to-date information allows our team to make faster decisions, improve cost control, and keep projects on track. The workflow automation has also reduced manual processes and improved collaboration between our accounting, operations, and project management teams. Overall, Acumatica has given us better control over our business while supporting our growth.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the standard tables, reports, and workflows. But the ability to customize it myself and with third parties really makes it shine. It's reliable and great value for the price.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the UI makes transforming tables into reports tricky. It really needs PowerBI to show data well.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We have a great AR/AP process now, along with quick costing and pricing. We can track our manufacturing process much better now.
