What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing trainings across various teams like Unix, Windows, Netops was fragmented and no clear visibility on course completion.
Docebo centralized all trainings into a single platform, role based learing paths were created for each path and it tracks progress.

User-Friendly LMS with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Docebo's monthly active user model very useful for my customer base, as I can gauge approximately how many people will use the LMS. The system for creating and uploading courses works really well, with no issues on my end, which I appreciate. Its compliance with SCORM and XAPI is also beneficial. I'm excited about Harmony AI search assistant and their new AI agent training feature. I like how we can integrate our provisioning system in the background, which works efficiently. The insights feature gives me good reporting on customer usage. The ease of use, both as an administrator and for users, is notable, as it is user-friendly with minimal confusion. Uploading content and creating courses is straightforward, and the central repository feature for course content is effective. I enjoy the reporting features, particularly Docebo Insights, and the ability to create custom reports. For users, it is seamless to find and launch assigned courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, every once in a while, we have a problem renewing course access because when we originally configured access, we added courses or added access to courses for users at the course level, and then a couple of years later, we switched to adding at the learning plan level. Renewing access to a course at the learning plan level doesn't update course access dates at the course level, and so that's just created some extra administrative tasks for us. That's about the only problem I have with Docebo. I really don't have any other complaints about Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Docebo's monthly active user model really useful for managing a large customer base. The system for course creation and content upload works smoothly. It's SCORM and XAPI compliant. I love the insights feature for customer usage reporting.
Docebo Makes User Management Easy and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo’s user management capabilities are extremely helpful and make it much easier to organize and manage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The test feature feels like it’s missing a few key capabilities. The Question Bank could also benefit from additional filters to make it easier to narrow down and find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps us keep all types of content, training materials, and assets in one place. There’s no longer a need to rely on 3–4 different platforms across different departments.
Teams and System Make Setup Changes Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The Teams and system are both great to work with, especially when I’m trying to change something or set something up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading your own pathways can feel a bit long-winded at first, although it does get easier the more you use it.

What I like best about Docebo is its flexibility and scalability combined with an intuitive user experience. It allows advanced customization, strong reporting, and seamless integrations, making it suitable for both internal training and external audiences like clients and partners.

At times, Docebo can feel complex to configure, especially when managing advanced settings or automations. Some reporting features could be more intuitive, and certain customizations require technical knowledge or additional support to implement efficiently.

Docebo solves the challenge of managing and scaling training in a structured and centralized way. It allows us to organize content, automate processes, track performance, and deliver training to different audiences from a single platform. This improves efficiency, ensures better visibility on results, and supports more strategic decision-making around learning initiatives.
Docebo: Intuitive LMS with Great Customisation and Easy Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very easy to use LMS with intuitive navigation and great customisation options to make it fully 'embedded' into the company. The reporting on the admin module is very easily templated making it easy for managers to pull key data easily without having to drain resources from the learning and development team
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is premium which is valid IF you use all the tools which are included in the bundle package they offer - Docebo do not offer you the opportunity to buy their product without also buying the 'add ons' such as authoring tool and AI module - also i get fed up of educating people on how to pronounce docebo - some of the variations i have heard have made me chuckle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global, scalable LMS is worth its weight in gold - complete visibility and transparency for internal stakeholders PLUS external consultants / regulatory bodies for things like SOC2

Our team, especially our Customer Success Manager, Ben G., who is always extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features that are available for various parts of the platform, like duplicating, don't duplicate every part of the item in full.

LMS - having all of our training, reporting, etc. all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo makes it easy to distribute trainings internally and externally. You are also able to generate reports to easily see what has been completed.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike.

Docebo lets me share trainings to internal and external parties and quickly see who has completed what.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has been extremely flexible and scalable for our real estate training needs. With the right administration, it supports agent onboarding, compliance training and continuing education very effectively. The reporting tools and automation features have helped us streamline enrollment and track progress with confidence.

Like most enterprise LMS platforms, there is a learning curve at first. However , with proper set up and ongoing optimization , this becomes much easier to manage.

Docebo has allowed us to centralize training to agents and staff, ensure compliance requirements are met and deliver consistent onboarding across locations. As an LMS Administrator, i was able to configure learning paths, automate assignments and provide clear support documentation, which significantly improved training efficiency and user adoption within our real estate organization.

Sending to the repository and advanced user management in Docebo are most useful for me. The initial setup was quite easy, which I really appreciated.

Surveys and reporting could be improved to better translate raw data into actionable insight.
