Powerful and Efficient, Although It Requires Manual Validations

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that RidgeBot helps me perform security assessments and penetration testing in an automated way, in addition to conducting risk assessments and reviewing vulnerabilities with zero false positives. The modern and robust AI-based technology is something we value for its speed in delivering reports. Furthermore, RidgeBot is easy to use, and although I initially needed to familiarize myself with the tool, once I did, it turned out to be very intuitive. This is something we highly value on the technical side, as we have many solutions and consoles, and the easier they are to use, the faster the adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look, I think that even though I do the tests, I feel that I still have to do manual tests to have the confidence of a well-robust analysis. I think that with the audit compliance times, there are issues that I believe can be improved. Those are my only observations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot helps me automate penetration testing, conduct risk assessments, and review vulnerabilities with zero false positives. Its modern technology and fast report delivery are valuable. Additionally, its ease of use enhances the adoption of the tool.

Automated Pen Testing That Boosts Productivity

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automated Penetration Testing for more proditivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't completely replace a pentesting manual.
While advanced, it lacks the creativity and contextual analysis skills of a pentester's experience. Business logic flaws and complex scenarios still require human evaluation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Reduced reliance on specialists
Companies that don't have a large Red Team can perform advanced validations without frequently hiring manual penetration testers.

Powerful Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation Capabilities

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about RidgeBot is its ability to proactively identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation guidance. Instead of simply reporting security issues, the platform helps us understand the associated risks and suggests practical mitigation and patching measures. This significantly improves the efficiency of our vulnerability management process and supports a more proactive cybersecurity strategy. Additionally, the platform was easy to deploy and delivered valuable results during our Proof of Concept, demonstrating its effectiveness in strengthening our security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our Proof of Concept, we did not encounter any major issues. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be expanding the documentation and providing more advanced reporting and customization options to help organizations get even more value from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot is helping us address one of the most important cybersecurity challenges: identifying and remediating vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. Prior to using the platform, vulnerability assessments required more manual effort and made it harder to prioritize remediation activities effectively.

By providing proactive vulnerability detection, risk visibility, and actionable remediation recommendations, RidgeBot enables us to strengthen our security posture and make more informed decisions about risk management. The platform helps our team focus on the most critical issues, reducing the time required to analyze findings and implement corrective actions.

During our Proof of Concept, RidgeBot successfully identified security weaknesses and provided practical guidance for mitigation and patching. This allowed us to validate the effectiveness of the solution and gain valuable insights into areas where our security controls could be improved. As a result, we were able to enhance our vulnerability management process and adopt a more proactive approach to cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like RidgeBot's ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice in infrastructure security. I also find its initial setup intuitive and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The impact on network performance, limitations in proprietary web applications, the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RidgeBot to detect vulnerabilities exploitable by cybercriminals, and it solves problems like false positives, shadow IT, and gaps between audits. I like its ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice in infrastructure security.

Amazing Proof of Concept: attack automation is the differentiator of RidgeBot

    Reviewed on Mar 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We conducted a Proof of Concept at the company where I work for the RidgeBot solution, and the result was surprising. Our colleagues from the Red Team benefited the most, but the automation of attacks is truly a differentiator of the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage (although it's not exactly that) is that the tool automates so many things that, if the team wants to customize or do something simpler and more granular, it doesn't allow it. On the other hand, that is precisely the proposal: it was made to work that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution is priced more towards large corporations (like the company I work for) and I imagine that, for this reason, it is not as accessible for micro and small businesses.

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
RidgeBot can be set up in minutes, with no need for professional installation.
RidgeBot is easy to use even for people who aren't tech-savvy.
By employing RidgeBot, you improve your overall security measures, helping to protect people, property, and data
RidgeBot is priced competitively with other security robots on the market.
Overall, RidgeBot is a great choice for people who are looking for a reliable and easy-to-use security robot. It's effective, affordable, and easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
RidgeBot is a user-friendly security robot that's quick to set up, and requires no professional installation, making it an effective choice for enhancing security measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot solves the problem of limited visibility into how well security controls perform against real-world attacks by continuously simulating realistic attacker behavior across the environment, rather than relying on periodic scans or one-time penetration tests. This benefits us by revealing actual attack paths, validating the effectiveness of existing security controls, reducing noise from low-impact vulnerabilities, and enabling focused remediation based on real risk, ultimately strengthening our overall security posture.

    Centralized, Intuitive, and Effortless Platform

    Reviewed on Nov 25, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
RidgeBot is like having an automated penetration tester that works incredibly well. Its biggest advantage is that it not only lists vulnerabilities but also autonomously tests whether they can be exploited, saving you hours of manual validation and giving you a true picture of the risk. It integrates seamlessly into your development processes to find security issues early, without delaying releases. In short, it's an ideal tool for teams that need to scale their security, efficiently prioritizing critical threats and providing clear reports for immediate action.
What do you dislike about the product?
RidgeBot is a formidable tool for automating security, but it's fair to point out that its highly polished approach comes with a slight trade-off. By prioritizing efficiency and predefined workflows, it can feel a bit rigid for pentesting purists who enjoy the complete control and creative improvisation of tools like Metasploit. It's like comparing a high-end GPS to the freedom of navigating with a map: the former is incredibly efficient, but the latter allows you to discover alternative routes that automation might miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot is solving two key problems for us: time constraints and a lack of cybersecurity specialists. By automating penetration testing, it allows us to conduct continuous and consistent assessments without relying so heavily on human experts. This means we identify critical vulnerabilities much faster and, most importantly, confirm whether they are exploitable in practice before a real attacker can.
