Feature rich but simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Formaloo has an easy to use form builder that has lots of features. Custom branding, one question at a time forms and easy tracking. Couldn't ask for more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many issues with formaloo, but I do recall the third party integration being a little tricky to accomplish but I'm sure this has been improved upon since then as the customer support was very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct many surveys to measure the impact of advising on company culture and employee satisfaction, Formaloo allows me to quickly capture a lot of quality data and track it's trends easily.

What do you like best about the product?

One feature we really appreciated about Formaloo is the assurance that the emails will be sent out. This is an important aspect of any survey or form tool because it ensures that your recipients receive your message, and you can trust that your efforts won't go to waste. Knowing that Formaloo has reliable email delivery is a great reassurance for users.
Another feature thats great is the ability to look back in the website to see previously sent forms. This is a convenient feature for users who need to access their past data or review the responses they have received. It's important to be able to keep track of your data and analyze it to gain valuable insights into your business or organization. Formaloo makes this process easy and convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's unfortunately that we cannot change the from email address or edit the email templates. Other than that highly recommended we really enjoy using this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the big advantages of using Formaloo is the time it saves users in building forms and ensuring the emails are delivered. Users can easily create and customize their forms using a drag-and-drop interface, cutting down on the time it takes to design a form by code. The email delivery system is so far very reliable, ensuring that messages will reach their intended recipients . By saving time and ensuring messages are delivered, Formaloo helps us focus on more important tasks, such as analyzing the data collected from their forms to gain insights into their business or organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and design are truly amazing. I loved the interface; everything is clear, you know where you are, and it's easy to design forms. At any given moment, you know what to do and what to add to achieve a perfect result. I highly recommend not hesitating to purchase the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still quite new to the software and currently have no insights for change. I like the interface as it is right now. Perhaps in the future, I will be able to discover avenues of thought that will provide answers for what will be better and what works less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As is known, building forms to prompt action requires deep thought about what to ask and what to request from the end customer to fill out or register. Formulo makes the process easier in terms of design and faster in construction.
Formaloo is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Such a clean interface. The ability to create forms and accept payment is a life saver!!! Honestly, being able to have complex logic prevents so much back and fourth with clients. It is a game changer. Plus the customer support is amazing. Noosh literally wrote custom code for me to help with the design of my form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge deal but I would say that it would be cool if there was super granular customization of the design of the form. However it does not take away from the current ability to make cool designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving getting all the required information I need from prospects before having to get cracking on the work and it even lets me accept payments so it is so easy to just get all the info I need to do my work for clients.

Update: Initially, I thought it was easy to use, but it's actually quite the opposite—it's very confusing. I don't like the user interface; it doesn’t feel user-friendly or logical. Everything seems harder to accomplish than it should be; it should be much more straightforward, intuitive, and basic. I don't know, it just gives me a headache everytime I try to use it, and I bought a ltd :|

The flexibility of Formaloo is great. Its use is really just limited to your imagination. I can use it for forms, a CRM, data analysis, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the look of the UI was updated. The look of the forms are a bit dated and could use a refresh to make them more modern looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be able to collect data from customers in a structured way. With Formaloo I can quickly develop my own forms and add custom fields.
A flexible and easy-to-use form
What do you like best about the product?
Forms are the key to good business. It is really flexible and integrates well with other tools. It has allowed me to do good business. I am a lawyer and I need a lot of information, sometimes complex to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a good privacy policy suitable for Europe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have processes for companies and groups of clients who must complete a form. I had no flexibility in Google or Microsoft. WP didn't give me everything I needed either. It's very convenient.
