Great form builder

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and share. Customer service is very supportive and easily assessable. Good community to ask questions etc. on Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot use with Microsoft edge browser as it is marked as unsafe. There is a work-around to use it but have to email customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have limited use of Formaloo as I only use to build forms. I am sure it can do much more but just didn't have a change to explore.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean interface, modern design and features rich of Formaloo.
I can create simple but beautiful forms with it.
The support team is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is feature-rich sometimes some functions are not functioning very well, and at that time it could be a bit stressful.
Also sometimes the feature need some kind of "hidden logic" you need to reach out to the support team to open the gate for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting lead and potential clients' contact info, and also surveying for clients' feedback after the deal.
With Formaloo I can send simple but beautiful forms to collect the data I want from my clients

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the extensive API coupled with strong validation tools (like Regular Expression) - this makes Formaloo ideal for our automation cases
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to dig around to establish data residency, but all the answers were the right ones! (Full EU residency)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well-validated form management for fullly automated candidate/employee user experiences

What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo has everything what your Business and Clients need in terms of diffrent forms. Everything is very selfexplaining and the support is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
For a german Business just the translations could be better but overall you can translate everything by yourself - everything is editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting diffrent Data from clients and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo is so easy to use. The layout is clear and easy to use. They rival the big software guys on the market at a very fair price. Their forms look professional and step up my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found I don't like is how a few of the multiple choice answers layout in the final presentation are odd, but they are continuing to improve the software every month, so I know eventually this will be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to collect the information I need from my clients and prospective clients so that we can both work efficiently in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The RICH template depository.

Easy editing and customization.

Amazingly practical and customizable ways to use the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
One can get overwhelemed with the number of features avaialable or where to start with your first projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a richly branded platform for collecting form data. Many of the competing platforms have VERY high monthly costs, low caps on responses, and other restraints that make their platforms inaccessible for my clients. This solution works WELL and doesn't leave us locked out of core functionality behind paywalls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many templates to help get you started. It's easy to update the templates for my needs. Every time I log in, there's a brand new template for me to choose from. In addition, they have a comprehensive FAQs section, so when I run into trouble, I can find the information I need to resolve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a downside to using Formaloo. If I had to pick something, I guess it would be that there are so many choices that I sometimes get stuck as I evaluate which template or idea is best for my project. But, in reality, I'd rather have more than fewer choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make forms or landing pages on client websites, but that takes more work and planning than coming to Formaloo and picking a template or building one of my own. Each form/app/survey has its own URL, making it easier for many of my clients to distribute on their social media channels and other venues.

Powerful with great potential

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a lot of different options to create the forms and surveys I need. A lot of customization ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use android. The mobile phone application is not very stable. Sometimes need to shut off and reopen it to load the form properly on mobile app.
The logic function of the survey is not as intuitive.
Recently Microsoft Edge is showing the red screen, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen stated "This site has been reported as unsafe"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just want to find a good platform to collect user info and feedback to improve and work on new projects. Formaloo gives a good variety of functions to make the form/survey and display the results to public as a presentation. Save time and centralizing data.

easy to use as the lead dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
create the form easily. No requirement for coding. much better than Google Form. It looks more professional. Best loook and feel to capture the lead as the lead form.
What do you dislike about the product?
the form management in the back-end complicate and does not make sense for me and my team. there are options for using as team and it is pretty confusing in the sense of creating and share the information within the back-end of the paltform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just need to use the form to capture the lead from my website and there is the problem with Google Form since it does not like professional and it seem strange.

Extremely Flexible and Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo has been created with everything in mind for the form creator and the end-user experience. They have unique templates that look professional (very important to us as we run a web design agency) and have all the options you would expect from a form to be flexible, including areas to upload files.

As someone who's tried a lot of different form software, this is honestly the best one we've paid for, don't look anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it does exactly what we ask for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In multiple areas of our business, firstly on our website to capture leads and support requests, secondly in our day-to-day projects to get our customers to provide us information about their projects.
