Great product with many options and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Being cloud based, the product allows me to customize the functionality. Lots of great intergration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit costly, but you get what you pay for.

Managing services via the cloud and ensuring compliance

Cloudability has a clean interface and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Cloudability can offer much more value by providing more functionalities through its API, such as custom data extraction, enabling Service Accounts for administrative functions that should not depend on a specific user's ApiKey. I also think there are opportunities for improvement in the Business Mappings interface.

Using view we can group accounts and get a consolidated expense for each division.
A good FinOps tool for cost optimization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple looking tool, that has a great variaty of options, and provides accurate view on public cloud costs, and also provides recommendations for rightsizings, Savings Plans, and Reservations. Also it is useful for getting view of cost allocation for Containers. It is promoting new features regularely
What do you dislike about the product?
The forecasting feature is limited, as it does not show forecasts per accounts, but only per services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have better visibility on alerting when some accounts have problems (missing credentials, API expired) Currently a lot of the stuff has to be done manually. In general more automation is required

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to create my own reports and dashboards that suit the business needs. I can pivot the reports quickly and deliver to my team. I like the ability to track cost savings and implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more ability to customize colors on graphs and widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apptio is allowing us to have more insight into our cloud cost and helping us drive the initiative to improve tagging to get to total TCO.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudability is easy to learn and makes it easy to build custom dashboards for any billing data you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited on how to organize large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering large amounts of data through GCP and Azure then formatting it in an easy to digest way.
Good application to manage multi-cloud CSP cost and usage data
What do you like best about the product?
It can efficiently handle multi-cloud cost and usage data from different CSP vendors. Provides customizations in Business metrics and Business dimensions. Provides good visualization of data and easy to prepare reports and dashboards. Easy to manage views, users and access adminstration. Easy to connect CSP accounts and manage vendor credentials. Good rightsizing recommendations provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report can have only 10 columns. We have raised the change request to make it 20 columns but it never happened. When you export a report, the customized business metrics colum names do not appear which is annoying as we have to manually update the column name in the excel report each time.

we can access the consolidated data from different CSP vendors at one place. It gives us our total mutiple CSP cost and usage data on a desired selected frequency e.g. daily, weekly etc.
