Very clear and easy to understand platform
What do you like best about the product?
Any help you need is readily available and clear to find - it is a very intuitive system. I like the SEO tool and the ability to work through and check off tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email automation software we have sometimes found hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multiple systems in different places but as a team we can all view them in one easy place now.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop tool is extremely intuitive and helps to create and manage multiple pages with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get very tough to implement very specific design elements off the bat - like you can with other builders. It isn't impossible, just tougher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary advantage of HubSpot's CMS is how well it integrates with the other parts of the CRM. If you're invested in the HubSpot ecosystem, it makes complete sense to use HubSpot CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the Hubspot CMS is incredible. I used WordPress & Easypublish: always complicated to set up the content as expected + no SEO tools.
With HubSpot: drag & drop, copy/paste, simple edition, simple stats, just perfect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the management of spacing and sections. That's it.

That CSMS is automatically connecting to the Hubspot CRM, enriching leads with user data from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is not always accurate when it comes to tracking the source of the website traffic.

Easy to use and get data directly into the CRM.

Perfect option if you are looking for an easy and fast CMS and want to get more data on your collected leads from the website.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has so many features. I don't need a wordpress account, separate CRM and then another ticket system + mailchimp - it's such a relief.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have honestly not found anything. I would maybe like more options for styling when it comes to mobile applications when making landing pages. I've found workarounds so this is not a big problem and I suspect this will get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for my team members to use, no technical knowledge is necessary. I absolutely love having a dashboard report for all the metrics - being able to share this with shareholders and management is fantastic.
The a/b-testing and design is super nice and lets me tweak and change things as i see fit. It's awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create and use custom modules and a lot of pre-built useful modules available, easy to integrate and use with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cant write filters or query for exact needs to use dasboard reports

Easy to use , good for seo, can create page fast
What do you dislike about the product?
Very less modules available, cannot be customized easily as per brand guidelines, lots of gaps come in the modules and pages dont look good unless hardcoded. Features like mobile number OTP verification of forms missing causing fake leads, lots of upgrades needed and crossselling from hubspot end

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation. I previously used SalesForce, and it was often so complicated that even their support team would struggle with providing me assistance. HubSpot provides so many different tools that we can store all of our customer and lead information in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading images and files could be improved. Right now, the default is currently set to upload images to the "main folder" rather than asking what folder it should be imported to. It causes our files to be often unorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything stored in one place, from landing pages and blogs to emails and tracker URLs, makes my life so much easier. It improves communication across multiple teams and we can get work done faster.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to change/update/upload any contact information and manage their details. Also building landing pages or forms is incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to filter out "bad" or "stale" contacts, which leaves the database a little cluttered. The built in forms occasionally don't work on web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better contact management and outreach from both a sales an marketing aspect. Also improving form submission pages and some web design.
Powerful but expensive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use drag and drop tool to build blog pages, landing pages, lead captures etc and if course integrates with rest of hubspot tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive compared to the other CMS options out there like squaresoace, WordPress, etc. Also was not always easy to make it fit with our brand and style guide, and keep mobile responsiveness.
