Love the tech support!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the chat/ability to chat through how to make changes on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call it super user friendly. You have to change the template vs. the page, which made things more complicated for someone with limited HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing a website's content to reflect a business' updated brand, modernizing it, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
Currency limitations.
Limited stages of customer life cycle specially terms that used are bit different than usually expected terms in sales forcasting and closures

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to capture customer data, their life cycle, different activities happened against the same client. Mainly use for client funnel management and reporting
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me focused on tasks that I would never remember on my own. It's just a few clicks of a button and it's set for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't as great as the desktop, but it works. I also wish the emails I sent from my phone would be logged into Hubspot, but that's minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me stay on task and remember what my tasks are for any given day.
Amazing Platform to Create, and Delivering Solid Content
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a fantastic platform to deliver solid content and create unique digital points. It provides salesforce results very fast and accurately. This tool contains the easy-to-use features and found Handsworth. Recommendable if you also want to use it with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of points that makes it a little complicated such as you can only host your content on the Hub Spot if they are developed and created on its internal platform. Also, using and sharing the external content from outsourced databases is not highly secured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the web hosting and salesforce work with this tool which enhances the company work rate and efficiency.
A system for easy buildup and maintenance of the website
What do you like best about the product?
I like this platform most for the easy buildup of the websites and for conveniently maintaining them. I have taken this to develop various websites required for my projects. It has flexible options to prepare content and gives you a fantastic creative experience. Very handy and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that can considered disliking about this product. I am thrilled to use it for my projects.

I am solving the development of website content from this platform for my different research projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Management of content I super easy, and I like that I can personalize the content for every visitor.
Optimization for every device is also reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Email integration is a little bit disappointing. Pricing changes rapidly, but there are not many improvements on the software. I just hope that they keep improving and implementing new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took me a while to discover how different features are relevant to what I do. Global content and Page templates were helpful, but it's not clear how I can use them to solve specific problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the automated emails and workflows. It will make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
CMS is straightforward to use especially when publishing a new blog post it also gives and provides some precious insights. The integration with CMS plus CRM assists our team to have much-informed data from what the client's preferences are. The outline and structure are easy to follow and integrate into, which is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need for a skilled web specialist in the team to assist in navigating the source code to the specific requirements of the organizations client needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently there's been an addition of a drag and drop feature to make it easier to customize the look and style without purchasing any Add ons or additional 3rd party features to enhance the look.

The layout is kind of messy looking and could be improved

Through HubSpot, we can automatically email clients in different stages of our pipelines which saves us a lot of time. We can also run reports with a lot of different options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large client base and lots of information to store on them, HubSpot may be for you. Especially if you would like to be able to take automatic actions on certain data fields.

A straightforward CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to navigate and find the information you're looking for. The customizable analytics dashboards and reports and super helpful for accessing crucial information at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to customize for our unique use case. We had a concept of client > platform > license > program > user. We were able to mostly make it work for us, but it took a lot of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to more easily collaborate across teams and save time hunting down information manually in shared drives and the intranet. The reporting features means less time spent developing our own reports outside of the platform.

It works great for small-midsize businesses.
