Complicated but Worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic emails using canned responses! It allows us to look at a deal on Hubspot and automatically send out a canned email through Front.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty complicated. Unfortunately; it's not really intuitive and it can take our team a long time to set up new systems or change existing ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time wasted between Hubspot and Front. Normally we would view the Deal on HS then move to Front to start the outreach but with the CRM it is integrated and convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It wouldn't let me upload a photo of the Hubspot CMS...
Its easy to learn and good opportunity to knowledge skills
What do you like best about the product?
HUBL code and also most like to use new theme beta version.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we create the new module and create the for loop for any data its working well but after some time client need more field in for loop so when we code that its something issue in page level data doesn't capture very well.

Yes we have too much problem solved to beginning client and as well as me

This tool helps to create an editable template for landing pages.

You have coding knowledge for creating components etc.

We can make many landing pages help of the templates, after creating the template anyone can use these without coding knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its way-on drag and drop features. You can build landing pages, blogs with great user interfaces. I can apply my skills with no problem at all
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its best to have a features area where I can easy to navigate those tabs I recently visit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation and Customer/s follow up - having thousand of customers, I can easily manage who will prior or not

You need to learn the platform in 3 months, that way you can be an expert

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow tool is straightforward and easy to use. If you are doing more complicated workflows with many "If/Then" criteria, it can get more cumbersome and confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting tool. I think it's virtually impossible to use. The entire interface seems chaotic. I think it could be organized more simply rather than in the different modules. I hate having to reach out to our representative because their go-to response is to buy consulting hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are somewhat locked in with Hubspot and have limited options without a huge lift to move that from their platform. I honestly don't feel I'm getting the value from my Hubspot instance that I should be. I wish I could provide a tangible benefit metric we have realized, but I cannot.
Quickly became intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I had some familiarity with using HS coming in so learning CMS Hub was pretty simple. I appreciated the familiarity and the on-demand help feature when I wasn't sure how to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I lost quite a bit of work if someone else opened a page I was actively working on. More than once I had to redo work or start from scratch on something I had been working on for hours - because I didn't know someone opened it up shortly after beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old site was hard to update and wasn't useful from a metrics perspective. We are looking forward to building a better customer experience using the data we gather.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easier to get started with someone who is familiar with what you are doing. Find that person and then dive in.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and integrates with the rest of the platform seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more templates more drag and drop styling. I seem to remember Squarespace CMS being more accessible to style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a rock-solid university website and admissions system and HubSpot delivered on both.
A CMS for everyone - noob or pro!
What do you like best about the product?
1. There are a lot of quality templates, including a sizeable pool of free templates.
2. The CMS is so handy, I was able to publish my first single page (but multi-purpose) website in less than 5 working days

What do you dislike about the product?
A few bugs or maybe technical obstacles at the backend affect the UI and UX for the user. It takes some time and multiple page refreshes to fix those. But it's not so recurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: I'm trying to ideate, create, and host a new website for our new b2b product.
Benefit: HubSpot CMS is quite seamless and doesn't require a lot of technical expertise to build something. I found it more handy than WordPress
