HubSpotCMS Hub makes it easy to expand your content & website strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the relative ease of most of the CMS Hub. It's intuitive and always improving. Our site is easy to update, expand and monitor with the tools CMS Hub offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes are a bit clunky and "work-arounds" are often needed to achieve what you're setting out to do. However HubSpot support is fabulous about helping when you get stuck!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The list is truly so long! We are able to see how our changes & updates are working, which means we can tweak as necessary and know what works (or doesn't!) when strategizing further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you're not sure you need it or will like it, give it a try!

It is easy to keep the webpage looking good, without the help of designers.

Not all the modules fits good for a lot of text

Being able to do the necessary editing ourself

Not enough analytics. Need to be able to drill down further and make more connections in Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to customize pages
Zero knowledge to using it every day and loving it
What do you like best about the product?
I love the access to direct help when I'm stuck. Whether it's editing the super simple website system or email tracking I can trust that when I can't figure it out it will only take a few minutes to reach out and get the answers that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the certification classes seem a little too long to complete and might lack some value in the middle, I believe some lessons and sections could be more susinct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating our website branding and overall look has been a huge problem but HubSpot CMS makes it so incredibly easy along with the different templates they provide. I had no idea that it would be this simple!
Great marketing possibilities but sometimes hard CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of adding new content to existing sites by non technical people
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS is sometimes bugging and there are many options that have to be hard coded in order to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot CMS for the whole webpage, blog and landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do anything and everything all in the Hubspot program! Hubspot customer service is also always available and responds quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hubspot is not having the ability to tweak/edit our mobile responsive settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating landing pages for promotions has been a huge help for us in marketing our promotions!
Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to build and customize my website, forms, and emails. The interface is incredibly easy and clear to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large pricing jump from HubSpot Starter to HubSpot business. Would love a lower priced option for small businesses without a large budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to improve our website design and user experience without having to hire a developer or coder with HubSpot website templates. We are also able to get emails for our newseltter list, post job openings and get submissions, etc. super easily without having to turn to third party vendors or freelancers to help us do these things.

Requires a subscription and can be a little costly.

There are other products out there but a great supportive community lives on Hubspot.
The best tool for your business ever!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user-friendly, is not necessary to be an expert to understand how the platform works. Even if you have never used HubSpot before, you can guess how it works, there are no weird words and everything is well explained. I was amazed with the wealth of features it offers. the customization of each client, the staff, products, everything. I think one of the best features is that HubSpot has a free account, so if you have a small business it is perfect for you, is not necessary to upgrade a pro account having just a small business, obviously, with the free account you can't use all the features, there will be many locked features but I insist, with the free account, you can manage your small business more than perfectly. And well... For big companies, the pro version is so much useful and it is so easy to use so the training will not be long and expensive, as I said, it is very intuitive so everybody can use it without problems. You can assign clients to one or more workers, customize the time, calls, e-mails, and all the things you can think and need, the platform has all of them. The management of communication with HubSpot is big, it offers you e-mail, live chat, forms and a Facebook Messenger plug-in, you can create fragments of messages that can be re-used the times you want, also you can create templates of different messages. This is the best option for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is very poor and it is very difficult to contact. I think they should enable some paid features but with limitations, so people could try them without having to create a trial account, just with the free account they could try the features. For example, if the free version does not allow to create lists of contacts, it should have a limit of 5 lists so the user can try the lists and determine if he/she needs them or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the management of a business, you don't have to install or buy any software or make the movements of your business on an excel sheet that is untidy and not practical and also the physical sheets, you can let that in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First, create a free account, don't pay for a pro account unless you need it. The free account has many great features.

The most helpful aspect of the CMS is its built in marketing automation and analytics tools which are easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't own the site as per HubSpot's terms, and there could be more templates but other than that it's on to a winner

A streamlined approach and a seamless, user-friendly way to save time (and therefore capital) and publish content simply and orderly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're comfortable with the price but not technically savvy to an extreme, it is certainly a super viable option with a robust list of features to boot
