Wonderful and Effective experience

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's CRM tool is a great fit for businesses looking to streamline their sales and marketing processes. It's all in one, and it provides lots of opportunities for customization.

The CRM makes use of the same technology as HubSpot's marketing products, so you can use it to manage your entire account. It's also effective at keeping records of your contacts and their interactions with your company, so you can be sure you're getting the most out of your efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to figure out how things work, and you have to do it quickly. If you're not up to speed, it can be overwhelming. And even if you are, there isn't a lot of time in the day for you to experiment with all of the features and different ways that they can be used.

But if you're willing to put in some time learning how things work—and then take advantage of all of the great features that HubSpot has to offer—it's overwhelmingly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub is a tool that helps you create beautiful, custom landing pages for your website.

Hubspot is the best go to email template marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
The readymade email templates and the ease of UI to perform any task or to generate reports I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing of the ui components in the email templates is difficult because it is very limited so if we would get morefeatures like controlling the layout in grid and background gradient than it will be more pleasurable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hubspot mainly for the email campaign of my clients. And building email templates are too easy it saves lots of my time and I can even test in multiple email clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's scalability and User friendly UIUX. Very easy to understand and use
What do you dislike about the product?
Call notes are still one hurdle I am facing. It's difficult to track and followup call notes.

Great platform for CMS development

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I like how easy it is to deploy your code from a local machine through the Hubspot CLI. I like the CDN file system which allows you to store your content. HubDB also makes developer's life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few suggestions as a developer:
1. Make it possible to modify a HubDB table through the CLI. Currently, we can only create/delete the whole table, or fetch rows.
2. Make some feature that allows clearing the CDN cache immediately. When we make some updates to the global CSS/js files stored in Hubspot files we can't use them right away and it requires creating a new file with a different name because files are cached and even if we replace the existing file we are still going to get the old version from the CDN. I don't know how long it takes to update the cache, but longer than possible while working in a production environment.
3. It would be great if you can implement SCSS/SASS support to the modules directly. Currently, we have a workaround for that.
4. Add a video uploader feature the same way Hubspot has for images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer, I can't say much about business problems, but I'm pretty satisfied with my needs. Hubspot allows me to create modules and templates that content managers are using.

HubSpot CMS is for very specific users, not everyone

What do you like best about the product?
I guess one of the things that is appealing is that your HubSpot Marketing platform, and Sales Hub if you have it, are all on the same platform as your CMS, which does make integration easier, although with WordPress, you'd just have to enable a single plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS does not have the same ease or range of functionality as other CMS's, like WordPress. If you don't have someone to code in-house, hiring a HubSpot-specific developer could be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot CMS Hub doesn't solve anything in particular that cannot be solved with another CMS. In fact, it probably makes more issues than it solves. Custom coding is an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The updside is the orgranization of assets within the tools. You can easily bucket/organize your emails, your blogs, your workflows, and the dashboards you can build to track all of these buckets are amazing!

The downside: a few small ones, one being you can't attribute more than one campaign to a piece of content
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have experience working with another CMS, so it's a bit of "I don't know what I don't know" for me. I've used HubSpot for four years and still haven't mastered everything in it -- it's that robust and dynamic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our content organized, optimized for SEO, allowing us to protect our email domain, and alerting us (by using all of the data anaylytics) if something gets dropped or starts to breakdown.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the smart features that helps me save time doing my work. Like duplicating pages. Hubspot also gives advice for when things can get more optimized, like if images are to big to load fast
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is expensive, as we all know, and they don't provide integrations for mailing serices like Mailchimp. That makes my life a little harder, as the email function in Hubspot isn't that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves me time, and it makes it easier to make websites that have good SEO. It is easy to make beautiful webpages with the themes.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS is awesome for keeping all of our marketing data in one place. We can bring in a lead, reach out to them, and watch them through the sales funnel within one platform -- no one else offers that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as intuitive as it could be to add new things to the website or to find things within the website. The usability on the CMS backend could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the customer journey from entrance to sale -- this helps us get customer data, know which customers to follow up with, etc.
