So simple to learn
What do you like best about the product?
So simple to learn with customers, and promote the migrations form WS to Hubspot

I really like how easy and quick to get clients up to date in hubspot. They are great at making sure that everything is working well .

I wish there was more in depth knowledge hub for reporint and workflows

They are solving how to manage customers and how ew e interact with them day to day.

CMS Hub sandbox is a love affair for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Working through a brand refresh and creating topic cluster content works like a dream with the HubSpot CMS Hub. The sandbox, the UX, and the support are clutch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the navigation and where to find things with all of the product updates. Also keeping up with updates.

HubDB allows a easy way to create dynamic landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
- If you create dynamic landing pages with HubDB (each row is one LP) you are not able to use campaign tracking
- usability is not that good when you are having a lot of data in a HubDB
- extended permission management in HubDB would be a great improvement e.g. permission in column level
- custom backend interfaces for HubDB would be great, build custom forms or interfaces to populate a HubDB table

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubDB to create dynamic landing pages based on the content of HubDB tables. With HubDB we have the possibility to manage a lot of landing pages easily and we can have a strict standard for our landing page layouts.
Limitless marketer options
What do you like best about the product?
Once you do your research about the theme developer you can truly build a website in HubSpot CMS with so many custom option that DO NOT require a developer. Love the platform and the theme options currently in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more out of the box free options that do not require code support especially for the free and starter CMS Hub levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a website up and running WITH customer database via HhbSpot CMS that has intuitive functionality is unmatched in the industry. Huge help for startups and small businesses. With the HubSpot Payments connection (for no extra money!) even makes it easy for e-commerce!

I like that all of our client information is organized in one location. Great place to aggregate data and information.

There is not much that I dislike about the platform.

Hubspot keeps all of our client data organized and we are able to find the gaps in our business.
HubSpot CMS Hub is one of the best platforms I've ever used!

HubSpot CMS Hub helps me be in touch with my entire community, and to assist to answer their queries and concerns, it's super easy to have all the important details handy to ensure that quality service is given.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I dislike about HubSpot; perhaps it would be fantastic if they could create a "to-do" section, and it would make HubSpot the most complete software out there.

HubSpot CMS Hub helps me have all the important and essential details handy, so we can ensure to provide world-class customer support; it also makes it super easy to handle whatever complaint we might get.
