Simpler than Wordpress
What do you like best about the product?
We had a pretty bad experience with WordPress as it tends to be too complicated sometimes. We switched to Hubspot to bring everyone under an umbrella to have more control over things. It has been a pretty good experience so far, there is no upskilling required to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH, we have been using it recently, and so far so good.
We are planning to migrate the hosting to Hubspot. TBH, a bit concerned about how it would perform as HS itself had frequent downtime in the recent past.

Seems a better option than WordPress as we are fixing the instantly & have more control over the website now.
But again, it's too early to come to a conclusion

Good off the shelf CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is relatively low as the program is relatively intuitive once you understand the basic components. The integration between the modules allows for easy integration into websites, landing pages, capture forms, and your database for communication, both individually and as part of campaigns. Once you learn the interface for any of the products - websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters - the rest are all basically the same. The use of modules allows for quick builds, and the premade templates provide many options for instant implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to overload a website with too many modules and not realize the impact this has on load time and usability. Make sure you are testing your sites and pages on multiple platforms to ensure you are getting what you think you are getting. While robust, the themes and templates available can take some getting used to, and each has its own learning curve. It is strange that the contact record has a "Company Name" field that is not tied to the company record associated with the contact. This can be confusing for the general user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with any CRM, it provides a centralized database that allows the entire team to collaborate on the sale cycle. It also provides additional resources for marketing and services that supplement the sales team and connect other parts of the organization.
Easy to use CMS with great features
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use HubSpot CMS for all levels of web development. From beginners to advanced users. Their library of templates and modules makes it an easy drag-and-drop platform. For those with the right skills, custom modules can be created to fit your website needs. You can control aspects of your website, including font type, brand colors and other attributes at a global level. Inaddition, the ability to create forms and feed the data into the CRM makes it a very ideal solution for lead generation and nurturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike is the ability to customize templated modules. Some of them ar blocked from customizing, which makes it harder to use specific modules for your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy-to-use platform where the entire team can make changes to a page or site with little to no coding skills. This saves us time when needing to make quick changes that need to be live fast.
It also allows us to create automated workflows to capture and nurture leads.

The HubSpot CMS Starter Hub is better than ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I find CMS Hub to be straightforward to use and customize. I've previously integrated other CMS solutions into HubSpot, but this experience is unrivaled!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's rare that I can't find features that I don't like. I think CMS Hub Starter is a great starting point for anyone hoping to grow and scale their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub is making it easy for me to create a lead-generating website that is directly connected to one of the best CRM apps in the world!
A Solid CMS with Best-In-Class CRM Tie-Ins
What do you like best about the product?
I can teach someone with limited technical know-how to use Hubspot's CMS at an intermediate level in less than a day. With it's clean and clear UI, there is less possibility of user error and great tools to correct any mistakes. It ties in seamlessly with Hubspot's CRM and marketing tools, which are comparable to any other platform out there. Our marketing happens in a single place and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky to get developers into the site to make changes to modules and overall site rules after initial development. Not all devs are fluent in Hubspot and those that are tend to cost a bit more. If you find someone willing to learn the platform, you'll be a in a good position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website, blog and chat need to function 100% of the time for our business to sell itself. Hubspot has proven to meet those needs and has led to a significant uptick in revenue since launching.
I am loving HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how integrated all features are within the HubSpot CMS. It helps to create better data management and helps us improve the user experience across all of our digital channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video embeds and upload process could be improved. It's not as easy to make custom updates on landing pages as it has been in my experience with other content management systems like WordPress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps align all of our efforts, breaking down silos, and streamlining our marketing and sales processes
Love the tracking - Don't love the template limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use the tracking features to communicate ROI and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Because of Hubspot, we have been able to develop a thriving alumni network, something we weren't able to do previously. So many of our alumni have reached out to either serve with us again or to help us recruit more volunteers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just built our new website in Hubspot, and the templates are so much more limiting than sites like Squarespace. Little tweaks like being able to set the focal point on a photo so that as it resizes to fit mobile vs desktop would be so helpful - we had to use collages for our header images because of that. Also - when we added text over a hero image, it didn't translate to mobile (text stacked to read totally vertically).
The blog feature in Hubspot is the most limiting of all - it's just one box for text/images, which doesn't allow for much formatting at all. I need to be able to drop in images, videos, collages, text breaks, a colored text box, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're better able to manage our recruiting / intake from the website and create a follow-up campaign to encourage them to apply. I'm also better able to track responses to advertising campaigns - for each podcast I advertise on, we have created a landing page and can track the people who visit to see if they eventually apply.
Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot CMS you can have your content right where you need it making it a breeze to manage and use content across marketing, your website and 1-1 emails. I find it a lot easier to use than competitor solutions. Building a website is really straight forward and easy to link pages and build CTA's.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you had a bit more control over your content such as webp conversion and better resizing tools. Within the web site tooling it's a little confusing when you are trying to stage the website and then push Live. I th8nk the staging process, although works, needs an overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled my startup to get online with a professional look8ng website very quickly. The templates on offer and in marketplace are really good as well as some plugins for accordion style FAQ tools.
I've had a great experience with Hubspot CMS so far!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to segment lists and create workflows!
What do you dislike about the product?
Properties and some of the restraints around videos in emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting and deals
Simple and Swift. A website that integrates your HubSpot forms.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the HubSpot CMS is its ease of use. But don't mistake easy and simple for being tacky and fragile. The ability to add HTML/CSS/JS within the sections makes it as versatile as any CMS. The containers and elements fit and flow nicely and play nicely even when you modify them for mobile. What I really like is that it's scalable and quite versatile, like the ability to add and connect multiple blogs. The layouts you can make are quite easy to do, so you can make them look unique with a bit of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't forget that this is rather new, so it will take you a minute to get the hang of it and to find your way around. Some of the obvious elements are tucked away, so it takes a moment to figure it out and some getting used to so that you remember where it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The single most important thing is that all of your digital tools and assets, like your website, forms, your CRM, and your post-contact automation, are now all in one place. Which means one account is all that you need for your business. Secondly, the versatility and reliability of HubSpot bring its own benefits to the table, such as managed hosting of your website and tight integration with your CRM.
