Easy to use platform, easy migration from Wordpress, less expensive than most options
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop features are great. Platform is easy to use and provides good recommendations for SEO, accessible viewing, browser views, etc. You can make a text in under 30 seconds. Support is great, migration team does a great job if you are moving from Drupal or Wordpress.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have removed the option to add in modules - for example, to just add in a say a sticky banner - and instead make you use a full website theme or requires custom coding. Big negative that those options have been taken away and offers marketers less flexible especially on leaner teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a really old Wordpress instance and were forking over thousands of dollars just to maintain that CMS and quite a bit more to update the site, with such slow turnaround times i.e. 2 weeks just for a text change because an agency had set up proprietary modules. Really like the ability to make changes so quick in Hubspot CMS and we can attribute traffic, views. etc. much more easily with the reporting structure Hubspot Marketing Hub offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of integrations that work well with HubSpot, but many other softwares integrate with Salesforce first and leave HubSpot for second.

All of our data is in one convenient place.
HubSpot CMS Hub, definitely the platform for content and web experience management
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the most useful aspect of HubSpot CMS Hub is its ability to optimize content management and web experiences in a comprehensive way. For me, I believe it has 5 advantages. First, the platform's customization and adaptability capabilities; second, the SEO is completely friendly; third, its integration with HubSpot's CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that it has some things that I like less. First; the cost, especially to take advantage of its advanced features and functionalities. Second; its learning curve since it takes time to understand all its features and make the most of the platform. Third; its limitations in advanced customization. Fourth; its dependency on HubSpot's infrastructure. It is also important to mention that the disadvantages may vary according to the specific needs and requirements of your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helped me solve business problems by simplifying content management, improving user experience, lead generation and conversions, the ability to optimize SEO, and the capacity to offer integration with CRM and sales automation.

The email tracking tool can be a little difficult for users to set up successfully with little assistance.

Easy way to build and manage websites
What do you like best about the product?
If you need ease of use for your website, and integration with all hubspot features, the hubspot CMS is the best way to go about it. Everything seamlessly works with everything else in the entire hubspot CRM environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not nearly as customizable, powerful, or fast as other CMS products (such as Wordpress, for example). The lack of plugins means you're at the mercy of what features hubspot already has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build web landing pages for conversions and content distribution
User Friendly CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Since it comes along with the Hubspot CMS, it behaves nicely when it comes to analytics and revenue attribution modeling. Overall it is easy CMS to get things rolling instead for tech bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of modules that come natively leaves a lot to desire. Most of the time you have to build something from scratch rather than dragging and dropping. That needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were depending on the tech team to publish new blog posts and landing pages. Once we got a hold of desired template we were able to publish a lot of blogs in a rapid manner.
