Great for B2B businesses
What do you like best about the product?
How it connects with all of hubspots other tools, so you don't need any developer resource to build your business in the early days at least

It's quite expensive for what it is. Although there are startup credits.

It keeps all my leads, contact, deals and clients in one place.
Hubspot CMS is tool that allows you to create and manage inbound marketing easily.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, it has great customer support and a host of customization that covers CRM, SEO, e-commerce, and very high security to ensure that your user data is protected. Implementation is also straightforward practically drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
For you to get the most out of the tool you need to be subscribed to the professional plan with would be pricy for most startups.

HubSpot CMS Hub provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for managing website content. This is helping our brand to update, edit, and publish content quickly and efficiently.
Hubspot is the CMS for the 21st Century
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use yet very powerful. Lots of options on templates. Integrated with all other aspects of your marketing program. Great tech support. I could go on. Happy user. Can't begin to touch this functionality at the price point.

Sometimes the template options can be a bit limited on design elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast, easy way to build outstanding websites. Fast for blogs, landing pages, etc. Combined with other modules it's a complete marketing ecosystem.
Great tools, still a little room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We love using the landing pages for sales prospects to house multiple types of collateral that we can update. Much easier to share info as opposed to multiple attachments
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting across various platforms is difficult to optimize. Sometimes the interface to create a website can be clunky, specifically managing the spacing between blocks, again particularly across desktop vs mobile platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share a lot of collateral with a sales client in a personalized way, which makes it easier to share, gives us the ability to update without sending a new attachment, and gives us insight into views/clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS stands out for its streamlined implementation process, bolstered by extensive documentation and a supportive community. The customer support is commendably prompt and effective. While there have been instances where not all questions were fully resolved, the overall support experience remains top-notch.

There aren't any major negative aspects or points of dissatisfaction.

It streamlines our content management process, making it easier to create, manage, and modify website content without needing extensive technical expertise. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time and resources we previously dedicated to website management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to find what I'm looking for but there are also so many features and settings that I learn about everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the wording for trying to find certain things is a bit difficult.

We are able to quickly spin up website pages easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Because it is an intuitive platform, most of its tools are easy to use. It helps with proper project management and the support response is effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more training is needed for the specific handling of some tools in order to fully leverage the platform's potential.

Great Customer Service and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great tool for us to manage our customer data; it's easy to use and implement. Having many app integrations is also another bonus. Especially noteworthy is the customer support team. They are really supportive and provide quick responses.

So far nothing I don't like about Hubspot

The UI is pretty intuitive and straightforward. Easy to seer through and get used to the tool.

Nothing at this point. Pricing could be based on the geographical region and not standard across the globe.
