Big fan of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
It's tough to pick one best feature, I am torn between the deal kanban board that syncs with follow up tasks and the user tracking of emails and website visits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the paid features were more accessable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make rapid changes to the site with no need fo rhekp from a developer.

Next level/Hnique customization can be a challenge at times.

Making website maintenance an in-house job has saved us a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
It does a standard job of managing clients.

It's really confusing to navigate. Not customizable.

It tracks our clients and holds all the information and data we need to do our daily job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I know how to navigate it, all contacts and touch points with customers can be documented here and synced, once you get the hang of it it's not too hard. I like how many reports can be pulled from it and graphs created for view based on the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is constantly going down, glitching, the aesthetic updates are not even needed(actually makes things more difficult),when sending emails if you delete something you cannot reverse it(SO frustrating)

It helps me contact my clients and monitor my output and results (data driven)

Great tool to organize your sales operations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and it has all the basic needs, it is as well integrated to multiple software that we use, which is daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports might not be easy to achieve through the tool, an we are tracking them on excel sheets, but most of them are within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralizing all the information and being able to reach out to clients, schedule task for it etc.

its easy to use, the interface is intuitive. the starter plan gives you access to a little bit of everything, and to start this is more than enough for most use cases.

when you try to sclae, the plans do jump in price quite a bit, but if its the tool you need than it is worth it

we use hubspot all around, but we use the cms to host our content, various splash pages that we need quickly, we host our images, various documents

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS Hub is awesome for automating marketing tasks and making things easier for us. It's packed with useful info, and their support team is really helpful if we run into any problems. I love how it integrates with social media, saving us time and effort. The preview feature in the design manager is a game-changer, ensuring our content looks great on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some advanced features can be pricey to add on. We also encounter small bugs occasionally, but they don't usually cause big issues. Integrating with certain other tools can be a bit tricky too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub is solving a lot of our marketing headaches. It helps us automate tasks, so we save time and effort. With its social media integration, we can reach more people easily. The smart content feature is a big help too, as it tailors our content to different locations, making it more relevant to our audience. Overall, it's making our marketing more effective and efficient.
Integration of Hubspot with Cloudtalk
What do you like best about the product?
We integrate the contacts with our call center to have a history and record of the requests we receive, mainly to have both systems synchronized by associating the contact with the company that makes the request, also having access to tags and call recordings regarding the support received. The application is used almost daily, so it is used frequently, as long as our customer service hours are active.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with CloudTalk fails in the area of call duration regarding customer support, often providing incorrect information that does not allow for context on the duration being queried in HubSpot from the contact property. Additionally, from the app, it does not redirect correctly when you enter the logo or contact of HB from, for example, CloudTalk, as it takes you to log in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to integrate the information from our HubSpot CRM with our customer service channels, thus avoiding reprocessing in the search for contacts registered on both platforms, in addition to having access to the profile of the third party communicating with support.
