I like way it is organized and the new UI that HubSpot has implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to remember which parts are in the CMS Hub vs the other hubs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us organize and create website/landing pages
Allows us to use all of our data to fully understand our customers and their needs

Most intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS is the most intuitive CMS I have used. Can easily reach other marketers to use it, saving time for my already tiny team

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to modifying or creating new modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having consistency across our various web assets and having a simple UI for creating and updating web pages
CMS hub is very customizable, and it is very developer friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how developer-friendly CMS hub is. It allows developers to create "modules" so non-technical users can design brand-specific functionality and create an effective website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little challenging to make the website as bloat-free as possible as code can come from various sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I have realized is that modules allow sales and other team members to create a good-looking website.

It is extremely intuitive. We got some templates from the marketplace and the whole team is able to publish and edit pages

It's great for organizing your sale contacts. We use it for outbound sales all the time.

It can be overwhelming for first time users. For new sales users, there is a tendency,to get lost in the number of tools that exist.
